We had joined the Reward Points and there was a special of Save $3 if you spent $20. That was nice! The Management staff at Jaggers was really great. Again there was KC, the Manager, and Luke another Manager. Their GM is Clayton and he's a wonderful supporter of Swan Pointe. He gives us a lot of gift cards and giveaways for our Block Party. Their Counter Staff and Kitchen Staff worked very hard tonight to get us through the food lines and bringing us our meals and cleaning up. It was a really nice time tonight. I started using the Taco Bell app today. What a mess! First, I put in the order while in the…read moreparking lot and then found out in the drive thru that the order was placed with a different Taco Bell. I had to drive across town to pick up the order. Granted I should've paid closer attention to the address of the restaurant, but I didn't think it was unreasonable to expect it to route me to the closest restaurant. I drove across town and went through the drive-through and gave them the code that the app said to give them. They asked me what I wanted?! After some confusion she said oh you have a mobile order? You said you had a code not a mobile order. What the heck! Yes, I had a code because the mobile app gave me a code. Anyway, the overall experience was terrible. I am hoping that if I come back, I have a better experience and have learned how to avoid the pitfalls. This is definitely not a stream less user experience they have going. The tacos made expectations though.
