We had such a nice experience with the saucy nuggets with korean BBQ sauce and the apple pie poppers at the s Kiwanis Ave location. We thought we would get that same food again but at this location on south Liouse Ave since we were close to this one yesterday. I have to say the drive through rep was supper nice, cheerful and very helpful. How ever the food was extremely disappointing. The nuggets with Korean sauce had no sauce, i mean zero sauce, dry, nota, nothing in the container. The nuggets themselves had a very very very super thin layer of sauce to the point you could not tast it. it was prettymuch a bare nugget. The apple pie poppers where just as bad. They were very raw and had very little filling in them. I guess for now on we need to go to the Kiwanis location to get Quality Food. Such a waste of money. I didnt have my tablet charged to take a pic and my phone is so cheap it locks up taking pics. very Sorry for no pics. **fyi the 2 stars is for the customer service. If I could give negative stars I would, 1 hour before they close. We got there and were told that sry it's too late, we don't have enough chicken we would have to make more. Are you kidding me! I was in this restaurant last Thursday and it was filthy, debris on the floor behind the counter my chicken wasn't at the correct temperature. It was so bad that I actually called the health department and they did a inspection, I was told that yes it's dirty BUT there were no critical issues. *****************STAY AWAY***************** My family and I came to Sioux Falls to visit her mom thats in the hospital. We stopped at this KFC to try the buffet and right away we seen how the dinning area was alittle dirty with tables being dirty. We still tried to have a good time even with what we seen. Staffs took along time just to clwan the dinning area. My wife notice there was black stuff inside the ice as she poured it from the machine so we decided not to use any ice with our drinks. About 10 minutes. As we sat and began to eat, a handicap gentleman with a walker fell on the floor because it had grease or some type of liquid on the floor and no employees came to see if the gentleman was ok. 8 customer helped the elder up off the floor while the employees continue to work loke nothing happen. This place does not care for the cleanliness of its facility and their customers. If we ever come back to Sioux Falls, we will definitely be staying away from this place read more

First of all I've been eating KFC for over 30+ years and have no issues with most of the food, I love their original recipe chicken and have never once had any issues with it dine in or take out. We tried their new "Grilled" chicken what a disappointment, first we were told they were out and we had to wait over 30 mins to get our order and when we got home and opened up the chicken it was half cook, pale white on the outside and very pink on the inside and it tasted AWFUL! We won't be ordering that again and I don't recommend it to anyone. read more

most disgusting meal ever!! ordered two $20 buckets. one with 12 chicken fingers and the other with 8 piece regular chicken. brought "food" if it can be called that home. received two buckets both with chicken not a strip in sight. could not go back and return as kfc closed at 8 pm due to the current situation. regular chicken had a funny taste, old maybe. the other chicken was discolored, greasy and the coating falling off in clumps. chicken inedible. mac and cheese had no color as well. potatoes and gravy were cold. only good thing were the biscuits. food except for biscuits went into the garbage double bagged, do not want to be responsible for some animal getting food poisoning if they got into the garbage. will be disputing this "meal" (?) with the bank as i don't think i should be responsible for paying over $40 for a wrong order and inedible food. its almost as though we got all the leftover food since kfc was about to close. thank goodness for yelp where people can be warned! stay away!!! read more

I really like this remodeled KFC. Bathrooms are clean, though I would like to see paper towels in the bathroom. Cheapest buffet around.

Very poor management. I got food at drive up. No pepper, No butter, No receipt, No jelly. I called about the receipt because without it I can't get reimbursed from my employer. The asst.manager Steven said my receipt must have blown away. THE "Manager" clay was a complete jack ass. I called corporate to complain. If you want fried chicken in sioux falls without the chicken shit, call bob's just down the street. read more
