I'm not a prude, but when you're at the counter and the girls in the back are talking about tic tok and using lots of swears to describe how they like or don't like something ( obviously loud enough for me to hear every word), it's not a very good image. Also, not a fan of the fries instead of potato logs. I can get fries anywhere.

If I could do zero stars I would... Not only did I wait in the drive through for over 30 minutes with only a couple cars all together but once we got done the food wasn't even fresh and was poorly put together!! I would normally understand if they were busy being in the food industry myself however my experience here is inexcusable and couldn't even reach them by phone to resolve the problem!! Id rather make the drive to the concord location rather then go to the Tilton location again.. even the inside was always disgusting and always took things to Go instead of eating inside... ether this place really needs a whole new staff that somewhat cares about their job or just needs to be shut down...

    Trash all over the ground.

That was nearly 20 years ago when I insisted that my sister ordered mashed potatoes and gravy to satisfy my pregnancy-induced craving.

We called on our way…read morethere to see if we needed to place our order on the phone (waiting for good fried chicken can take a while). We were told they cook a new batch of chicken every 10 minutes. It was nice to know that it hadn't been cooked at noon and sitting under a heat lamp all day. And it tasted like it was freshly cooked. I had the Lamb Gyro and my husband had a fried chicken Value Box. My gyro was the best I've had in NH. It was truly the biggest gyro as well. The pita bread was fresh, soft and tasty. The lamb was yummy and no tough pieces. It came with all the fixings. If you can image a regular paper plate folded in half, that is how big the gyro was; the paper plate was for stabilization. It was a very yummy meal in itself. The chicken in the Value Pack was fresh, juicy and tasted much better than the national chicken chain. It was still hot when we got it home 30 minutes later. The meal came with 9 pieces of chicken (and the wings were larger than the puny ones at the national chain), 2 small containers of mashed potatoes and gravy, rolls and a container of cole slaw. The mashed potatoes were really good - they had a nice buttery flavor. The cole slaw was excellent and fresh. The cabbage still had a crunch to it and just a tad bit of sweetness. The rolls were also fresh and soft. You can eat-in but everyone was doing take-out when we were there (about 6:30 pm on a Saturday. The service was fast, efficient and polite. The food was a great value for the price. We will be going back and highly recommend it.

Maaz's Chicken serves up fried chicken, sandwiches, gyros, burgers, rice platters, fried seafood, appetizers, salads, desserts, and cooler drinks (Pepsi products/Gatorade). The prices here seem reasonable. I stopped by Maaz's Chicken for lunch and dinner on Grand Opening Day when they were giving out free lunch (selected items) and 50 percent off the menu all day. The place was very busy with a line out the door. The owner had a DJ playing music near the entrance and chatting with customers. The owner is from Rhode Island and actually works across the border in Mass. The owner was looking for a place to open a chicken restaurant and chose Franklin, NH since it's a good area, bypassing Franklin, MA (for now) much closer to Bellingham, MA and Rhode Island. The lunch line was very busy and I eventually got up to the counter and ordered the Chicken Sandwich and 2 pc Fried Chicken with Fries and can of Diet Pepsi and strawberry Hood Ice Cream for dessert, all complementary for lunch. The chicken sandwich was big with a thick breaded buffalo tender with lettuce & mayo, pretty good. The shoestring fries were decent and the fried chicken had a nice crispy salty coating on the outside. I decided I would return later for dinner takeout. I returned for dinner takeout several hours later and the place was getting slammed with the line almost to the door. I ordered a bunch of food including a Beef Gyro ($8.99 plus tax), 6 Mozzarella Sticks ($6.25 plus tax), Chicken Over Rice Platter ($10.99 plus tax) and a 2 Pc Tilapia with Fries & Slaw ($11.99 plus tax). With the Grand Opening Discount, my total with tax was $20.83. After ordering, there was another line of customers waiting to pick up their food after paying. I waited about 16 minutes for my big order to be all set. They did run out of cole slaw and let me substitute Banana Pudding which is normally the same price as cole slaw ($2.99 plus tax). I checked my order before leaving and everything was there. I enjoyed my big dinner back at the office and the portions of food were generous. The Chicken Over Rice Platter was excellent, which had firm seasoned rice topped with marinated hot chicken pieces, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, white sauce. The Beef Gyro was overflowing with beef gyro meat, lettuce, tomato, red onions, and a house dressing in a soft warm thick wrap. The Mozzarella Sticks were standard and came with marinara dipping sauce. The 2 Pc Tilapia with Fries was comprised of 2 good size fried tilapia filets with a seasoned breading and a pile of shoestring fries, tartar sauce was provided too. The Banana Pudding was sweet and topped with Nilla Wafer cookies. Overall, I was able to try a variety of foods here at Maaz's Chicken including the grand opening lunch and discounted dinner food. The fried chicken though crispy outside was very salty and dry, probably due to the volume of customers ordering the same thing. The fries at lunch time were not very hot (staff trying to serve the masses at lunch) and the fries I got with my tilapia dinner were hot and firm. The Chicken Over Rice Platter and Beef Gyro were excellent and my favorites of the day. This rating is based on the dinner takeout (4.5/5.0) and not on the grand opening lunch.

It was a carefully orchestrated series of unfortunate events. First, the delivery driver didn't even bring it to my door. So I had to leave my hotel room in search of my own food like I was on a medieval quest. Then I opened the bag. Everything looked like slop. My Mexican Pizza had the wrong meat. There was no hot sauce (????) No napkins. No fork. The nacho fries had an unusual amount of red 40. My frozen drink had completed its transformation into a regular beverage. And the Cinnabon Delights... I genuinely think they were baked during the Obama administration. I threw almost everything away, thinking, "At least I still have dessert." Reader, I did not. Somehow the stale Cinnabon Delights became the final betrayal. I am genuinely impressed that every single item in one order managed to disappoint me in a unique and creative way. It takes talent to miss this hard. I ordered Taco Bell at 2 a.m. My standards were already in the basement. Yet somehow this location showed up with a shovel. I'd like to formally apologize to my head and my heart for believing in this establishment.
