Due to the pandemic many AYCE establishments have shuddered or done away with the Buffets. I recently noticed that Pizza Hut had the sign hanging out front advertising their lunch buffet. Sure enough after a little research I see that they're rolling it out Nationwide. Intrigued I went to check out their offering. At least at my local Pizza Hut, currently they only do it on Fridays 11:30am-1:30/2:00pm. Let's start off with a Nice fresh full salad bar with most of the fixings you would want. On the hot side of course a wide variety of pizzas, thin crust , pan and traditional crust will all sorts of toppings sure to please everyone's palate. Penne with Red Sauce and buttery bread sticks with sauce. They have the sticky gooey cinnamon sticks for dessert or some other items in the salad bar. Ordered a medium buffalo chicken pizza with extra ranch, garlic knots, and 2 water bottles. Got the garlic knots, medium buffalo chicken pizza, no ranch, no drinks. Called after we realized the missing items and employee (rudely) said that since the driver had already left she couldn't refund us for the MISSING DRINKS? How is this a fair policy? Just had the hot chicken wings.. it was alright. Not spicy, but salty. A bit over cooked for me. Not as juicy.

We called enroute to the area. Unfortunately, cell service was weak. My only gripe is the cost. My cost for 2 medium Pizzas was $38.00+ that is crazy. Once we arrived to pick up the pizzas we found they had an entire meal for half the cost of our order! I would really have appreciated knowing that. No I could not see the online specials, I was driving down the freeway and was using my voice to place the order. I was impressed that I could get in touch with the closest place while driving without breaking any laws. The pizza was great and we really enjoyed them. #pizzahuttiltonnh... we have always gotten delivery from them. A new pizza called Detroit came out and we loved it! Ordered a second time, wasn't cooked in the Middle. Manager gave us a credit for the pizza and a bit more to cover delivery, because a new one wouldn't be ready for an hour. Called to redeem, manager/supervisor said they have to have me order more since it doesn't meet delivery expectations- I ordered wings (bone in) and paid more- order came- 3 pepperoni slices in full pizza- yes 3. They brag about pepperoni and cheese on this pizza. Came with boneless wings- which is twice now not delivering bone in as asked. I have so many redeemable points for free food, can use any unless I spend more food- for example redeem free large pizza- oh, you need to spend 15$ first. I'm ok with that. We don't complain but after 3 orders so messed up - we are done using this location- I would rather pick it up at tilton house! #pizzahut read more

Our appetizer came out with the adults pizza waited 20 mins later the one of the personal pizza came out for one of the children asked where the pizone was for the other child the waiter said he would check 1hour later the table next to us who just came in received a pizone..We asked the waiter again about our kids pizone, he then told us that was their order he would check on ours 1hr and 45min another table received a pizone. Again asked how it is two tables who had been there less than 20 minutes managed to get the food I ordered over an hour ago while I was still waiting. WAITER AGAIN SAID" SORRY BUT THEY ORDERED THAT. AND WE HAVE TO GIVE THEM SERVICE." My fiance then told them that his excuse was bull' if that was the case then our order would be filled. I then went to the manger he didn't say anything just took of the pizone because we informed him we wanted it canceled and that we would pay for the food we recieved and leave. First and last time. Ordered online delivery. Arrived on schedule and delivery person was clean/polite. Food was cold. The "at least 18 pieces" came to 13 wings and 3 drumsticks. Jake was amazing. He was on top of everything. Jake was very polite and has a great sense of humor. Jake took the time and list all drinks for my daughter. Whenever we asked for something he was right there and got it for. He never rushed us. Jake was always moving and never stopped until all his tables were clean. We will be back again. A group of us stopped by the Franklin Pizza Hut after evening services, unaware that they had changed dining room hours we arrived just as they closed the dining room. As there were 15 of us, the waitress...Bella, said let me check she was gone a few minutes and we had decided to order takeout, Bella came back and said we could be seated. The staff had decided to cook for us. She was fun, friendly helpful, and even though I know she had to be tired she always had a smile.The food was excellent, the service above and beyond, and Bella and the other staff deserve recognition for their kindness!!!! We had a VERY bad experience at this restaurant. We ended up walking out because of the host "Jake" He was VERY rude to me and my girlfriend. We walked in, (NOBODY in the restaurant) girlfriend sat down at a table, Jake said to me "I like some of my customers but some really tick me off" I said what? He then rudely pointed at a sign and said to me "What does this say?" The sign said please wait to be seated we did not see the sign. I asked him to send over a manager and he angerly said "all managers are busy!" We sat down and ordered. He then came over to us while we were seated and said "My name is really Johnny but my name tag says Jake because I like to play jokes on the other employees. I said please leave our table, there is something wrong with you. My girlfriend was so upset she started crying and left the restaurant. It's a pizza hut, same as any other. Average food for an average price. The waitstaff was prompt, the decor was boring. The table tops were clean, the wooden edges were sticky. Tacky varnish, or never wiped, who knows. The buffet scared me, my thin crust pizza was fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. read more

I recall going to this location quite often a few years back and was always pleased. I can no longer say that I am even close to pleased now. Today we determined that we will NEVER return to this location. Staff is always friendly so that is a plus. Salad bar does not meet my expectations at all. Lettuce is always brown. (Last 4 visits). Buffet selections terrible! Today there were five pans of pizza out and 3 had onions one was buffalo chicken and other one was cheese. I Don't eat onions, I don't like buffalo sauce so it left me to eat the cheese which is boring! Noodles on buffet were all dried out. Not sure if there is new management now but I know the staff is newer. Today we were seated at a booth and once I sat down I realized that my seat was soaked. I am hoping it was because somebody washed the seat down and failed to dry it off but the table was wet too so it appeared to be just washed. Staff should be trained to clean but NOT to seat customers in wet seats and tables! They need fresh vegetables on the salad bar and have better variety of pizzas on the buffet as well as fresh pasta.
