EVERY single time I order in the mobile app for KFC in Tilton my order is wrong or they dont have it. Tonight I ordered a pot pie. They waited until I got there at 6:45 pm (not at closing) to tell me they were out of pot pies, gravy, tenders and about 10 other things. I could only have a Famous Bowl. I understand that they are very busy. They are only allowing food to go through their drive-through. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive-through, I was given the incorrect order. I pulled around and try to knock on their door and a teenage boy motioned for me to get back in line. I shook my head no as I just didn't have another 15 minutes to waste in line. At that point, even though I was banging on the door, he ignored me. So I drove around the building and pulled alongside a car and shouted to the guy at the drive-through window that my order was wrong. He told me to get back in line. I told him I'd already waited 15 minutes and I didn't have the time to wait and he said "well that's how you get your food ". As I see that they only have one and a half stars to begin with, they're used to mediocrity. And I'm sure they won't miss my business but they'll never have it again! this applies to the Tilton NH KFC. I've been there five times in the last year. Four times the doors were locked and there was no sign on the door to indicate drive through only. The one time it was open, it was filthy inside, the. floors and tables. The outside landscaping was awful, dead plants and full of trash. That was nearly 20 years ago when I insisted that my sister ordered mashed potatoes and gravy to satisfy my pregnancy-induced craving. I hadn't eaten KFC in ages, so I figured I'd give it a try. For less than $5, and less than 5 MINUTES from off-ramp to on-ramp, I got a tasty 3 piece boneless chicken finger thingy with mashed potatoes and gravy- the same mashed potatoes and gravy that fueled my journey into labor and childbirth! Very disappointed in this place. I stopped with my elderly parents at this KFC on the way back home from a road trip to a funeral. We stopped there at 7pm. The staff had a young teenage girl who decided THAT was the time to sweep and wash the floor in the dining room around our feet while we were eating. It was quite appalling. Not to menton the slip and fall safety hazard she created for customers. The bathrooms were completely disgusting. Had we seen the bathrooms before ordering our food we would have turned on our heels and headed to the Tilton Diner. Clearly supervision in this store is lacking. I highly question the food safety practices behind the counter after an experience like this and would never eat there again.
