i went through the drive through and asked for the new headliner "$20 chicken wing deal" - some wings, some nuggets, some potatoes and gravy... and was told " that'll be $25. something- please drive through" Knowing there isn't $5.00 tax on $20.00 I tried to tell the girl what I ordered, again. No response. I drive around and tapped on the glass to let her know about the confusion... she looked at me and ignored my tapping. When she finally came to the window with $25 worth of "wings only" I was finally able to tell her I didn't order what she just prepared. NO!! This is what you ordered!! No, I ordered the $20 chicken wing deal and not $25 worth of wings. The manager (Doug) came and went off on me about ordering the wrong thing to the point of cursing and telling me to just leave - GO AWAY!! So I have gone away, DOUG - and hope all sensible people who know how to do simple math and speak proper English go away, too. when i got to the KFC in SC we got our food good so far..then when we got home i realized half my order was missing! Then i drive 30 minutes back to kfc and talk to the manager (Wayne and drew) he gave me attitude and NO apology for the mistakes they made. this was not the best experience for me and my family at KFC. I stopped here because I love KFC chicken and it is hard to find a KFC buffet. We visited on a busy Sunday night. The ordering line was long and slow. The employees were friendly and helpful but this could not make up for the poor quality of the food. There were a nice variety of buffet items but most looked like they'd been there awhile and not much of it was good. The corn and green beans tasted like they came straight from a can. The pasta dish had a lot of thick flavorless gravy and the peach cobbler tasted like they used poor quality canned peaches with a crust that tasted slightly like flour. However, the cole slaw was good. The star of KFC is of course, their chicken. The crispy chicken was dry and the original was very, very greasy. So much so that those spices that make KFC chicken so good were lost in an outer coating which was soft and mushy. At least was price of the meal was a good deal at $10 but not so much for poor quality food. We did not receive a receipt so we cannot comment to the company. read more

I came and got a chicken sandwich combo. They were fast and the food was okay, definitely not the best. I used to work at a different KFC so I can tell that the filet had been sitting for awhile because it wasn't really that crispy. Also I asked for a side of Nashville hot and they told me they can't do that, I really don't see why because every other KFC doesn't have an issue with it. read more

Stop turn around having a PBJ sandwich would be better then eating here. This place is not clean never gets food right an attitude when we want our order fixed. We have gotten drive thru couple times and every single time they got wrong order or didn't give us something. We call and tell them an we get rude employee's. As I mentioned last Sunday, I was looking forward to trying the KFC Famous Bowl. I decided to grab one tonight and it was absolutely fantastic. I would love to have had a fork; I guess they were rushing to close and forgot to put one in the bag. But of course, I did have one at home. Definitely recommend trying it! Wow how this place has fallen! Workers tonight seemed like they were worn out and had no time for service. No grilled chicken, no rolled tacos (Taco Bell side). The Pepsi machine on the right side in dining area has been out for probably 2 years, there a tall table top that's been without chairs for probably 1 year...see pics. The bar was disgusting and now I feel sick just thinking about what I've eaten. Corporate needs to give a crap here or it's going to be over. read more

This KFC location has consistently messed up orders and taken longer than ten minutes to complete orders. This evening, for example, at approximately 8:30 PM, an hour and a half before they close, they told my husband that the KFC chicken side was closed. Opting instead for the Taco Bell side, he ordered a two chalupa combo meal by saying the combo number. Apparently they don't know what goes into their own combos, as they told him he only ordered one chalupa. Additionally, to top it off, he asked his chalupas to be steak. He comes home and they were made with chicken. After waiting ten minutes and being told an entire menu was closed down to him, they completely flubbed up the very obvious difference between chicken and steak. Avoid this place, especially in the evenings. read more
