For a KFC it seems fine. The people who work there were friendly and nice. Inside, it's dated, for sure and it seemed like the AC wasn't working properly. My food was fresh and it was very good. I got a bucket and I got a great deal online.

    5 pc chicken "tenders"

THIS is what you get when you order their chicken "tenders". this looks like this chicken tenders off the kids menu of texas roadhouse... but worse... can't believe they actually counted a piece of breading from the bottom of the fry basket as a "tender". and next to it, a chicken nugget from burger king next door. next time i'll just take the time to make chicken tenders myself. will never be back to KFC. OG colonel sanders is rolling over in his grave right now

This is a chicken strip. Lol wtf?

I've been here a few times and it has been garbage every time. Long waits watching a bunch of kids in the back running around with seemingly no management, bickering with each other, completely overwhelmed. Ordered chicken strips last time I was there and some how they messed up frying them, the breading was like card board. Absolutely worthless location, don't give them your money. I wish I worked next to a Popeyes.

Do better KFC. How do you let your employees serve this to someone? My mashed potatoes were 80% gravy and one spoonful of gravy. The chicken was hella dry and so disappointing. I would give it 1 star but the guy on the speaker was very polite and sweet. At least you hired someone who was decent. But come on. Do better!

This is the worst service I have ever had The representative that was working was speaking over the intercom and saying that she cannot do hot wings and so I ordered a number eight and I ended up with chicken tenders that was raw last time I checked you have to pass a certification to be a cook in Arizona there's a huge law as the United States has a law that Santa Mile is a real thing I don't know what kind of management they are having but if they're looking for a new general manager I am willing to go in there and work there for free to literally put everyone back in shape where they need to be respective to the customer and actually put out product that is quality.

Standard fried chicken fare and everything else you've come to expect from KFC. This particular location is...something else. We have had some of the weirdest and worst customer service experiences here, but, it is one of the only quick fried chicken places near where we live. The service is usually very slow, whether you go inside or through the drive-thru. The food is generally pretty decent quality, but there is a high probability that you will end up with the wrong order, so make sure you check it before you actually leave the premises. Overall, this place isn't great and should probably only be visited in cases of extreme fried chicken necessity.

    Yuck

Unfortunately, this must be the worst KFC location on earth. I've been going here on and off for two years. Sometimes it's as advertised and the chicken is great. But way too often, it's disappointing. Tonight I had the worst chicken I've ever purchased here. I doubt I'll try again. The management just can't get it together.

Every time I come to this location they are out of white meat chicken and the service is extremely slow and disorganized.

Very nice staff, super nerdy environment that is freaking awesome! I love this place and it's actually close to where I live. I will be coming back here pretty regularly. I do feel the owner has pride in their restaurant and I'm so grateful to have found it . Ordered tonkatsu ramen, order of salt and pepper chicken, and curry chicken cutlets. Wonderful flavor in everything and didn't have to add a single thing extra to it. The jasmine honey tea is amazing as well. Thank you so much , Toss!

I selected the Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen, and my husband chose the Spicy Chicken Sandwich accompanied by waffle fries. Both dishes were exceptionally good; in fact, I would even go so far as to say it was the finest chicken sandwich I have ever tasted. I am still thinking about that chicken sandwich and eagerly anticipate my next visit. There was one individual attending to the counter, and I am unsure of the number of staff working in the kitchen. Nevertheless, the service was quite commendable. They offer a compact dining area indoors and a few tables on their patio. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for both their Ramen and their outstanding fried chicken. I certainly plan to explore other items on their menu during my next visit.

You've got Forbes on one corner, Ugly But Honest Pizza on another, and Café Desta / 5 Points Market nearby, each are great for very different reasons. Chef Brian's absolutely belongs in that conversation. I came in with a friend who's spent a few years in the South and takes collard greens very seriously. To our surprise, the collards here are vegan and excellent. Great texture, deep flavor, and not an afterthought at all. Chef Brian told us it's something like a 20-hour process, which definitely shows. A quick heads-up: they do not have mustard, ketchup, ranch, or pickles. If those are must-haves for you, bring them along. Service was good, especially considering it was essentially a two-person operation. Chef Brian was upfront that things were running a bit long due to earlier guests, which we appreciated. We took the opportunity to grab a drink nearby and came back, no issue at all. The food was outstanding. We ordered the fried chicken dinner with fried potatoes and collard greens. The chicken was phenomenal: crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. I initially assumed a pickle brine, but Chef Brian explained it's actually the herbs he uses that give it that depth. Whatever the method, it works. Excellent food, honest service, and a smaller, no-frills space. Chef Brian is clearly an accomplished chef, with appearances on Top Chef and Bar Rescue, among others, but more importantly, he knows food and community. Definitely add this spot to your list.
