We declined, because once you find hair in your food, the appetite has officially left the building. What was missing was any acknowledgment from the manager. A quick apology or even a partial refund would've gone a long way, but neither happened. Mistakes happen, but how they're handled matters. I'm hoping this was a one-off and that a little more care and accountability is taken going forward. I'd still prefer my future pizzas hair-free and in their original color palette.

If you want jalpeno cucumbers or kimchi they charge fifty cents each for two oz container. Wish that woulda just came automatically with an entree; maybe just charge for extra portions.
