Great customer service! I rarely eat KFC but I recently heard about their wings and wanted to try them. The service was horrible. I spoke with the manager to complain about the guy behind the counter who helped my husband when we picked up our food after ordering off the kiosk and I explained that that guy was rude and the manager told me that he wasn't rude he was just multitasking. So the manager doesn't know me for anything and he's trying to tell me about my own personal feelings. We did not get butter honey or silverware for our mashed potatoes and gravy and I had to wait at the counter after receiving our orders for an additional 5 minutes before I was even addressed. New customers came in in front of me the girl walked from the back and came out took their order and after she was finished taking three people's orders then she looked over to me and said if she could help me. This location at Night is HORRIBLE PERIOD. Your order is either not right, or they sell cold, uncooked food. It's so sad. I stopped going there because of this for about 6 months pressed my luck tonight and BAM, here we are again. If I wasn't so angry, I would take it back, but because I may not be able to hold my tongue, I choose to tuff it out. I got mixed cold chicken, when I asked for extra crispy only, it was soggy and uncooked, the mashed potato and gravy was cold and really thick, the biscuit were not cooked all the way through, but the sweet corn and cold slaw was great. Now thinking it is a substitute as Mayb out a of Mac and cheese. But our order already had 2 mashed potatoes and gravy making our order have 3 mashed potatoes. Drove through no one in front or behind me and no one inside. It's 5:30pm. So you would think they could get my order correct. WRONG! Order a 3 piece meal all dark meat original. Than I ordered the #13 2little sandwiches DRY- No mayo No pickles and 2 extra biscuits. Came to $20.06. Got home the 3 piece meal was right but cold. (I live 3 miles from them). The 2 sandwiches had mayo a lot of mayo and pickles. The biscuits were hard as rocks tasted very old. Now to the sides Cole slaw great, corn cold, mashed potatoes cold. January 31, 2022 I was in Kentucky Fried Chicken in Tulare California and once I got what I ordered. I proceeded to go to a table. All the tables were dirty. I had to clean off my own table but after I ate my dinner I went up to the counter and stood there for at least 15 minutes because I wanted some honey and butter for my biscuit. I know the people in the back saw me there was a girl on the drive up window. Her name was Jazmine. Finally I called Jazmin to the front counter and I asked for some honey and some butter she acted like it made her mad because she had to do something. There was a Family of three a Mother with her Son and her Daughter the 10 year old little girl went up to the counter and ask a Kentucky Fried Chicken employee if they can come out and clean the table off so he comes out and he cleans the table off. The customer should never have to go to the counter and ask if someone can come out and clean the table off. These tables should be cleaned off constantly. I had a chance to talk with the Mother and her Children and I will say we both agree on one thing what is happening to our younger generation they don't want to work and when they get a job they don't do it now the Woman that I talked to She was brought up in a Family that if you want something you work for it, I was brought up the same way work builds character that's why I think it is safe to say the younger generation today they have no character.
