If you enjoy spicy fries but don't like ranch dressing, skip the Cajun ranch fries and just sprinkle Cajun spices on them yourself (they have a shaker at the counter). I enjoyed the chicken, the portion was just right, crispy and flavored well. This location had a great staff on shift, on a Sunday afternoon. The drive through, and dine in were quite busy. They were very organized with their orders. The service was splendid. The dining room area was clean. This is a great location to visit if you're in need of something quick. It's attached to the mini market at the service station, which is convenient in so many ways. I'll have to post pictures next time, of course I forgot to take pictures of the cute chicken tenders.

Fun fact: Guthrie's was my college foodie favorite in Tallahassee, FL. Seeing this location on our route (when we stopped for gas) gave me all the nostalgia feels and we had to pull over, STAT! The hubs had never heard of Guthrie's, but graciously accompanied me on my trip down memory lane as I squealed with glee, and enjoyed it as well. Although it's new (3 years old)-- this Guthrie's is the cleanest I've ever seen a fast food restaurant in my life. I pray they keep that up! The manager took our order and was so warm and friendly. True to form, I ordered a "Gut box" for old times' sake, and it was as perfect as it was circa 2003! The chicken tenders were fantastically golden. The buttery toast had that crispiness (not soggy from steam in the box like the other guys) to it that I love. Those fries were perfection as well. I hoovered everything down so fast I forgot to take photos. All in all, it was a great Guthrie's reunion for me and a great first time experience for the hubs. A win is a win!
