Lately, I have been on a fast food kick, which is a habit I must break. This place probably has helped with that. Wow ... has KFC really lost its way!! While it was never healthy food ... when I was growing up, we would eat KFC every few weeks as a family. It was delicious ... and I dare say even tasted fresh. KFC today is complete and utter trash. Scrawny chicken pieces ... never cooked right ... the mashed potatoes taste like glue ... the mac and cheese is soggy and starchy. This location also has a Taco Bell. We ordered some tacos and chicken ... all of which was gross and most was thrown out after taking a few bites. The only edible thing was the chicken sandwich. Having said that, it still cannot compare to Popeyes of KFC ... I wouldn't even consider it the same food as Chic Filet, which is miles apart from this rubbery, overcooked sandwich. The only thing similar is the pickle. The tacos were absolutely inedible. They contained almost no meat ... no cheese ... all I could taste was shell. And when did a regular, old Taco Bell hard taco with almost no meat cost almost 3 fucking dollars?! Beyond the fact it contains almost no meat, somehow it managed to be an absolute grease bomb, with orange grease dripping everywhere. The chicken was immediately tossed. I am not even sure it it was chicken to be honest. I wouldn't be surprised if it was frog. It was tiny, weird shaped little pieces of chicken with almost no meat and the coating was disgusting ... tasting like grease and fried dirt. No thanks. Never again. Overall, if you happen to be in Webster, MA ... which is part of a super secret shortcut I have to get from Boston to NYC in record time ... you'll know there is literally zero healthy options available to you. The nicest restaurant in the area is a Panera Bread, which should tell you something. The only safe bet on the menu is the chicken sandwich, which is completely average and way worse than most other fast food places ... but at the very least, its edible, unlike the rest of the menu. read more

Ordered via DoorDash. I wanted to try the new Saucy nuggets, but instead I received soggy nuggets with no sauce. The fries were soggy and cold. The DoorDash reviews of this store are dismal. Always missing items or wrong items. read more

Last few times my family and I have been there, this restaurant has been out of several products such as Pepsi, chicken tenders and soft tacos. Also, they lack in friendly customer service and the quality of food tastes like it has been sitting under the heating lamps way too long. Where has the quality of service and food gone? The place looks great since they redid it but the women's room is gross. It says on the door checked every 30 minutes but don't let that fool you. I went in at the beginning of the visit- stuffed toilet & no toilet in the other stall. Employee in the restroom using it said she would get toilet paper. My friend went in at the end of our visit (35 minutes later) : stuffed toilet & no toilet paper! What a surprise Also the Pepsi machine was out of Pepsi syrup which no one seemed in any rush to refill. Foods was KFC & Taco Bell. My fries were put in my friends box. Got KFC here last night. It was the first time in years and probably the last. Chicken tasted good but was dry. Biscuits were hard. Definitely not what I remembered. Best part was the free Chocolate Chip Cake. It was moist and tasted great. Would stillL stop for tacos, but will pass on the chicken. read more

My chicken had hairs in it, it also had a toenail in it. My Monster Energy drink exploded on the ground and when I asked fir some help, nobody did. Outrages staff and also very VERY impolite. Also, Colonel Sanders didn't come and offer me chicken, very upset. read more

Run the other way from this place - don't walk. After keeping their dining room closed excessively long from "Covid" after competitors had long since opened, or never closed, keeping a line in the drive-through at least 15 cars deep routinely, this dining room is now apparently open. A recent visit confirmed what others are saying - they are routinely out-of-stock on many things and still exhibits sub-par customer service. This particular night, on one order they were out of: 1 Mango Iced Tea 2. any extra crispy chicken (not the first time) 3. chicken filets (making the Classic sandwich unorderable). Do yourself a favor - make the trip to Worcester's KFC. Its a shame Webster had to do this to a quality franchised name. Went there for lunch with my family and the staff was very friendly and the place was clean!! Got the big family bucket and it was hot and fresh. Very impressed last time we went it wasn't that good but Awesome progress!!! See you in a few weeks because I'll be back!! read more

They ALWAYS get my food wrong at the drive through! There is a 20 - 30 minute PLUS wait. I have just come back from there. Want to know why I'm typing and not eating right now....it's because they RAN OUT OF CHICKEN!!!!!......WHAT!... I came home and ordered a pizza. I wouldn't be writing this if this was the first time I've had issues with this place. They've run out of chicken before. The hours are WRONG!!! They serve chicken until 9-930 or until they run out. Never have I been served chicken from this place after 930. Oh, and by the way.....Thanks KFC for letting me LEAVE the F***ING drive through when you don't have chicken and there are cars in front of me. WORST DRIVE THROUGH DESIGN EVER!!!!!!! This place needs to have the CEO visit. Undercover boss style. I'm sure he wouldn't be very happy. I went to KFC in Webster just a bit ago. I was going to get 6 chicken thighs and some sides, but Samantha told me it would be cheaper for the 8 piece with 4 sides. I got the 8 piece 6 thighs and 2 legs (I don't like the breasts) and the 4 sides plus 6 biscuits . The line was very long, but it went by fast, and they were all so nice (especially Samantha (with Chris and Matt who filled my order) There was not one thing wrong with my order, even though I ordered it in a busy drive thru. Horrible. Always cold meat and nacho cheese. Service is usually slow. And rarely will I get everything I order. The product return policy is fine; no questions asked, but its because they're expected to make mistakes constantly. On average I would eat Taco Bell atleast 15-30x a year. At this location possibly 5x a year and only because I'm hungry and under some belief that maybe they got they'll get their act together. read more

The first time I went the chicken was dry and coating was hard. Mac and cheese looked as if it was sitting for awhile. Awful experience. About 1 year later I figured I would stop by again to grab a quick meal, maybe just a bad visit, yeah okay, HORRIBLE! Whomever they hire has no regard for human life. Do they teach food poisoning during orentation? Chicken was undercooked, it was wet inside, Mac and cheese yet again dark yellow around the edges as if it was sitting around since morning. For the price that is charged for a bucket of chicken you would expect good food. I understand teenagers need a job too but if you don't want to do your job right then don't work there and risk the health of customers.
