I'm not a fan of Five Guys because their prices are outrageous, the calorie count is nuts, and I don't think the food is that great. I came here yesterday to pick up food for my folks and have to give props to the employees here. They keep extremely busy and they are very attentive. I will admit the regular portion of fries is gigantic so perhaps $5 is ok?! You can be the judge of that. I prefer the crispy fries at McDonalds compared to the flappy fries here. read more

The manager Carlos at the Lincoln at Location in WORCESTER runs a VERY CLEAN AND EFFICIENTLY operated FACILITY. It was slamming there and Carlos & his crew were on top of EVERYTHING. Not one of the staff stopped. They were just on top of everything. People were cooking & serving, everyone seemed quite happy. Big fan of five guys, the food was good, but I took way too long to get it. We got there and there was a rush of people after us and a lot of them gott their food before us. We waited and waited and the restaurant got busier and busier, I'm pretty sure they forgot about our order or lost it in the madness. They were out of ketchup at the station, the soda machine was sticky but the food was good. That's why we were there, for the food. Maybe we just caught them on a sort staffed bight who knows. We've ordered form here numerous times for pickup. The food is always delicious and the accuracy has been perfect. They've got great burgers and the employees are clearly working hard and doing everything they can to ensure a positive experience. My only complaint would be the order pickup estimate. I understand when you place an order the time given isn't a guarantee but it should be within 5, maybe 10 minutes. Customers shouldn't have to wait an extra 25 or 30 minutes after the provided pickup time so I think they need to improve that aspect of the ordering process. I think it would reduce customer frustration and also reduce stress on the employees. read more

Driving home from Maine this past weekend searched for lunch spots off the highway and stumbled upon Five Guys online ordering for this location. Ordered with lots of options to customize order, paid online, gave our estimated time of arrival, checked in when we hit the parking lot and our order was delivered to the car within two minutes of arrival. Appreciated the convenience in Covid times. So easy. Hardest part was eating in the car! Will definitely use this system again. read more

Arguably the best burger you'll ever have. Everything is quality and fresh - so when you go for it, like the bacon cheeseburger and load it up, you'll be getting a handful and your money's worth. Order a large fries and you'll get them overflowing the container inside a big brown paper bag. Fresh cut, the bags of potatoes are all over the place, only outnumbered by peanuts. Do you like ballpark peanuts? Cracked right out of the shell? Then you'll love the barrel full of them with a scoop with your name on it. It has the assembly line order and prep model like a few other chains - I'm OK with that. Speedy is good. Sometimes the place is packed and that's the best you'll do to get your food ASAP. I will guarantee that the first thing you'll think of when you eat their burger is your backyard grill. Hey... Its a 5 Guys! Usually a good quick meal alternative to the "other guys" and this location is no exception. I was greeted warmly and my order was handled quickly and efficiently. The cheeseburger was as expected and the fries were fresh and hot - all good! This location is a little hard to find because they're squeezed in to a series of storefronts. I should start this by saying I'm not really much of a burger girl. I like them, but i've yet to have one anywhere that just really rocks my world. Everyone raves about Five Guys though so I had to go check it out. I ordered a basic bacon cheeseburger, and fries. I'm probably one of the only people in the universe who hates fresh cut fries, they are just not my thing. To me they are always greasy, and just not my favorite, so I'm going to reframe from judging those since I don't feel like I can be neutral given my personal distaste for them. I will say that my mom loved them and thought they were awesome! The burger was good. It was made from scratch, and was hot and fresh. I didn't really care for the buns they use, they were like those potato rolls which I find kindof pasty and it quicky got wet and mushy from the meat juices as I ate. The burger itself was a solidly decent burger and filled the space. It was good tasting but just not what I would consider amazing, however, it was definitely one of the better ones I've had and I would eat their again. I should have known. We went back her last Thursday and finally had my first no so great experience at a Five Guys. Thankfully, no complaints with the food. It was it's usually great quality and quantity. We got there around 7 pm and there was a bit of a line, it did move fairly quickly. There were some empty tables so seating wasn't an issue. Finding a clean place to sit though was a totally different story. The dining area was a mess and there was no one to be seen out and about cleaning up. Not sure if it was an off night or someone was just slacking. I don't think that it's asking too much that the dining room should be clean for the patrons. read more

Pay your workers more!!! I love five guys but was very disappointed in this location. I went in at around 6pm on a Friday and there were only two people working! We waited for around 10 minutes, and no one could even take our order. The two employees who were working were doing a great job. Management and corporate should pay these workers more, as well as raise wages to attract more workers. What is there to do out in Worcester? Pretty much nothing. But at least there is Five Guys... When I ran out of food options, I was glad to have Five Guys to my rescue. I was craving a juicy burger one day and decided to make a trip to this place before heading back to Boston. I ordered the jr cheeseburger with mushroom, lettuce, tomatoes, relish, mayo, grilled onions, and jalapeños. I wish my burger bun was less soggy though. I also love the fries. I ordered the regular and it was super plenty for 2 to share. I was going to order the large but the cashier recommended that a regular should be enough! It sure was! They also have sure cool high tech soda machines, which allows you to choose over hundreds of different drinks through numerous combinations. From the first time we tried a five guys I loved it. This location is great. Went at 11:40 am, there was already a line to the door, within 5 minutes we had ordered. 2 bacon cheese burgers loaded, little fry and 2 cokes! As self proclaimed Burger Queen Goddess of the State of Massachusetts, I declare this burger joint ... damn. Good. The fries come seperate from the burger ( thats how they git cha!) and they come in a cup all old school style. Yes they are a little bit more greasy than the usual fare but if you are going to a burger joint, please don't complain about how greasy the food is! The burgers taste very fresh ! If you are a singe patty type like myself, make sure you SAY so when you order because a regular burger to them is a double! Hey I'm not complaining, but when I can't get back up the stairs to work after a lunch at 5 guys, we may have some issues! I guess I just don't like eating AT 5 guys. The place is a little small for the amount of rush they get at lunch, and its just about as comfortable as eating at Mc Donalds. In my eyes you can't go wrong when you specialize and keep things nice and simple and that's exactly what they do at Five Guys. Quality beef, and potatoes made fresh to order. Great toppings that for the most part you don't have to pay extra for. The portions are huge, I usually get a single burger and whatever the small fry is. The spicy fries I don't love, I can't put my finger on why, but there is just something in the spice mix I don't enjoy. I will take this over the arches any day of the week read more
