Counter service- specifically when dining in. The drive thru is well manned, but if you're dining in, you're going to be here awhile waiting... Every time we come, there's a manager outside on the phone carrying on conversations. Tonite in addition, we had full view of her spitting while she walked back and forth outside on the phone. Do not order from here!!! I used the kFC app but when I got to the restaurant they did not have what I ordered and wanted to substitute. The app told me my food was ready when I went in but it was not ready. They were out of "original recipe"chicken. When I asked for a refund because I wanted to go somewhere else because they were out of the chicken, I had to call customer service. They couldn't cancel my order at the restaurant even though they had not even prepared anything yet. After having to call to get my refund I still had to wait for the refund. Absolutely the worst fast food experiences of any establishment I have ever visited. 9 times out of 10, the order is wrong, they regularly have you wait in the drive-through line, only to say that their drive-thru isn't working and that you need to come inside (not sure how that's possible, is the window broken), or they are "cash only". Food here are almost never consistent here lately. Sad to say I am here very often because I get off work @ 10 and most of the restaurants in the area are closed. Anyway wanted some grilled chicken tonight and was told they only have wings in grilled. If anyone ever eat KFC's grilled wing, they are small or normally dried out. So I ask if they can cook some more, nope, rejected. It's either they are lazy or just don't care. I know they closed at midnight and I was their around 10. Anyway I didn't want to cause trouble so I ending setting for hot wings.(pretty much only thing they have) The hot wings are horrible! They must have been sitting there over 2-3hrs. Seems this location is pretty busted for slow service. I was out of there in exactly 10 minutes. Not too bad IMO. The help isn't slow in my judgment , they just are busy. (Maybe a few more chicken picker/packers could help?) Got it home and well 3-4 pieces were Col Sanders quality. The others were dry. When we realized we didn't have sauce, we asked for some and she pointed and said "they're over there" with a smart tone. Once we looked there were almost no sauces and we didn't find the one we wanted. So we patiently waited to get her attention again and she looked at us and said "what do you want now?!" I couldn't believe her attitude. The trash was overflowing. Food and trash were scattered along the floor and several of the tables. Soda was all over the drink station and no forks were stocked as customers had to keep asking for them. This location is horrible. Went through the drive thru and realized when I got back home that they got the order wrong. Called them right back and was told to come in for a replacement. Tried to get the replacement couple of days later and was told by 1 of their 7 managers Sheila (that's what she said they had - who needs 7 managers for a KFC?) that no managers received a phone call so they would need the receipt. What difference does the receipt make when I called immediately that night and it was confirmed? So... I can bring in the receipt and ask for the bulk of the order for replacement? BTW - the order that I did receive was old and dry. I should have returned the whole thing!!! Food is never consistent here. I went at 8pm and i asked for the grilled chicken and the lady said that there was none left. I asked for her to make some and she said absolutely not! I was disppointed but very hungry so i just decided to get fried. They were hard as a rock and well soggy and soaked in grease. GROSS!!! Also i asked for some popcorn chicken and i got nuggets. This KFC is joined with Taco Bell on Stoneybrook Parkway across from the Winter Garden shoppes. I have went there twice and it has to be the worlds' slowest drive thru ever. I was there almost an hour this most recent visit and about 15 minutes before. While the cashier was polite and answered please review the menu and she will be right with you that lag time is unacceptable and it was raining while my window was down reviewing the whole time.... The food was KFC and Taco Bell good but that experience and time is unacceptable. If I was in a rush I would have pitched a fit. Regardless my visits have only been through the drive wait because we can't say through. I will tell you I can see they have a large flat screen tv in the lobby which is a step up. They need to fix the service. Clearly Their drive thru times don't matter. If I go back it will only be out of desperation and I would not go on the drive and move in!! read more

People there are friendly, but they really need to work on the meaning of fast food. Been 3 times and nothing has changed. Started driving out of the way for a different Taco Bell now. There service wait time is minimum of 15 mins or more. Doesn't matter if busy or not. I ended up turning my car off in the drive through because I was there for 12 mins with only one other car. i have to say that i very rarely eat at fast food restaurants, but know that for the most part, when i do, i don't have a horrible experience like i do at this particular KFC/Taco Bell joint. I have been there a total of 2 times and both times, the food and experience have been horrible. Let's start with parking.. its a nightmare and therefore i always opt to do drive thru, which is also not very pleasant as it is anything but fast. My first experience, I was handed a large bag and was told all my items were in the bag. I left the overcrowded parking lot only to go down the street and find that my order was completely wrong! I had to drive back, find parking, and finally walked into line where they seemed to be expecting me. I didn't even get an apology, they simply took my bag and asked what i had originally ordered.. ridiculous and a complete waste of time. My most recent experience (and last), which was today, they actually gave me the right order, but the food was absolutely disgusting and not even edible. I got myself 10 piece hot wings and my daughter 2 chicken tenders. They asked that I wait 10 mins for the hot wings to cook. I have no idea what took 10 mins, because the hot wings were cold, hard, and the chicken looked disgusting! My daughter could not even eat the chicken tenders as they were quite hard and chewy and cold. DISGUSTING. We ended up tossing the food and making peanut butter jelly sandwiches. Never again, I can only hope that management is reading this and they fix these issues. Although, I will definitely never be returning to this location and possibly KFC again. read more
