5 stars; because the food (while good, yes) was served by 'new at cashier' Karen and under the tutorage Callie the supervisor(?). She was energetic and the vibe was contagious even I wanted to work fast food again (after decades of not doing so). One star because the place was air conditioned and located next to Discount Tire. It was just me but a comprehensive review of the menu brought the understanding that it would be unlikely to eat for less than $10. Settled on 4 chicken "tenders". Got the combo since at $2 each adding the drink, fries and biscuit we're less than a dollar away. No idea why they are called chicken tenders. They were so rubbery they were almost impossible to chew. Very hot, making me believe they were microwaved which turned them to rubber. They were also tasteless. If it wasn't for the salt and ranch sauce, I wouldn't have been able to choke what little I could chew down. The biscuit was horrible. The fries were good however. Wasted my money. Today we ordered a 16 piece bucket of original recipe. It was ordered for delivery from the KFC website. So of course door dash was to deliver the order. Well the door dash delivery person just left the chicken on the porch despite being given a $5 tip digitally.They did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door. Some how we are back in 2020 with a contactless delivery. We did not even find the order until calling in to report the order as missing. Based on the notes our order sat outside on the porch for over 20 minutes. On top of that the 16 piece bucket only had one breast. You may not want to order from this location. If you do I would advise tipping them in cash so if they don't deliver it to you they get nothing. read more

Do not go here expecting a typical KFC experience. When you walk in the door you know you're not in Kansas when you see a buffet. Not knowing the amount traffic in the place we opted for fresh individual meals - $5 fill ups. I wish I had taken a picture of the chicken strips in the bix. They were thinking and long and one was dark meat... Very weird. They asked my husband if he wanted to upgrade his zinger sandwich with bacon and cheese for $1. It was a slice of cheese and A strip of bacon! For a dollar!!! Just not worth the stop. Keep on driving. :( read more

Inedible Original Recipe chicken. Old, soggy, chewy/stale, not fully coated, skin falling off before you bite into it, not hot, not fresh. Stopped eating it after getting halfway through the first piece. The only way it could have been worse is if the chicken itself was raw, instead of just the incomplete coating around it being undercooked. read more

While waiting at the drive thru window for my order, I watched a female employee make her break plate. I watched her select her 2 pieces of chicken then take her plate to the buffet table and scoop some cole slaw and set it down by the fountain machine to get her drink. So far no problem as she's preparing to go eat on her break. What she did next was concerning. She took her plate that had now been in 3 open areas back to the hot box and exchanged one of her pieces of chicken for a different possibly fresher piece, putting one of the original pieces back into the hot box. Waiting for my order and watching all this made me wonder where my purchased pieces had been before making it into my bag. Somehow I'm pretty sure some health code violations must've occurred. Probably will think twice before returning to KFC. read more

Lately, over the last 6 to 12 months, the quality of food has decreased, the cleanliness of the restaurant is the worst I've seen it there, the quality of the employees has slipped drastically. Our experience was a complete disappointment. We opted for the buffet and the chicken not quite done. But it wasn't just the food that left a bad taste in our mouth. The service was not great . One of our daughters wanted to try something from their commercial instead of the buffet. So as we sat eating our meals while their employees stared the entire meal to make sure we weren't "sharing" food. Even after buying her own meal. This was not acceptable we will not be returning.
