Khaled was amazing. We had bees in our fireplace chimney, which is on a rather high peak of our house. It's not someplace that's easy to get to if you're afraid of heights. Khaled worked without a net, literally. Not even a beekeeper's net. He just stuck his head in the midst of a lot of bees around the chimney and said, "You can smell the honey." He came back with a lure hive and put it on the chimney for a couple of weeks and all the bees moved out of the chimney into Khaled's hive. I cannot say enough great things about Khaled and his service. I had him come out to extract a hive that had made their home in our bedroom wall. He showed up professionally dressed and ready to go. One of the first things he did was give me a jar of his raw honey. It was delicious. He was very polite and knowledgable about his business, patiently answering any question I threw at him (which were plenty). He let me watch the extraction and encouraged me taking pictures of it. He was very calm during the entire time, even fielding phone calls while removing the bees. Listening to how many phone calls he received, this time of year is very busy for this one man operation. For this reason he was hard to get out to my place immediately, but he was well worth the wait. I know it can be nerve-wracking to have bees in your home, but after having hosted them for two-plus weeks, just know that they're not going to hurt you if you keep your distance.
