Dr Khoshrou's compassion and dedication is like nothing I've ever seen! I've been under his care for the last 10 years (my husband has been under his care for 30 years) and he always goes above and beyond to address all my concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, gentle and very polite. There were late afternoons, way past office hours, or weekends when doctor Khoshrou called me with my test results or to answer all the questions I've had for him. It is incredibly easy to get an appointment with him when there is an emergency or schedule an appointment for a regular check-up. It never takes more than 15-30 mins to get a call back. He is familiar with our medical histories, seems to remember everything and addresses every single concern, does follow-ups in details and he is very thorough at every appointment we've had with him. He never misses anything! I can't put it in words how blessed I am to have Dr. Khoshrou as our PCP. He's always been so supportive when it came to keeping us healthy, very involved, caring and approachable. I am so thankful to have him in my corner because I know that whatever life hits me with when it comes to my health, I'll have the best doctor in the world to help me! read more

Dr Khoushrou is very approachable, soft spoken and mild mannered. Always polite and courteous. I have never felt rushed. He has always taken his time to try and get to know whatever symptoms I have. If you need him, call and he WILL call you back personally even during weekends. I have yet to find a doctor as dedicated as Doctor Khoushrou. I heard of the Doctor through a co-worker. I recently switched health insurance providers and made Dr. Khoushrou my primary care physician. He is my grandparents' primary care doctor and they recommended him. In my 23 years Dr. Khoushrou is probably the most approachable, comforting, and attentive doctor I have ever trusted my health with. Most doctors brush off your concerns with simple answer, but he listens and truly wants to put your mind to ease with a proper solution/diagnosis. He runs thoroughly through your history with you and addresses any causes for concern. I came in with chronic hives all over my arms and legs that started in the winter and lasted through June of this year. Dr. Khoushrou prescribed me an allergy medication after trying all of the over counter stuff and within a week my hives were completely suppressed. I only took one bottle of the medication and haven't noticed any flare up of hives. At worst I've had one bump pop up on my wrist and go away within an hour. I am thankful for Dr. Khoushrou. read more

My Dr. visit was very routine, I was returning from another medical insurance provider back to Kaiser after a number of years and had run out of medication during the transition. Dr. Khoshrou was just working per diem in the after hours clinic, and this was the first time I'd seen him. He took care of the prescription, then noticed that my heart rate was low. He ordered an EKG on the spot, just to be safe. It turned out my heart is fine, but I really appreciated him going the extra mile. I'm sure it's protocol to order the EKG in this situation, but does every doctor do it? I'm thinking not. What really caused me to write this review, though, is Dr. Khoshrou's manner. He comes across as a person rather than an impersonal medical authority, and left me with the impression that my visit was more than a business transaction. He conducted himself with expertise, but also with warmth, empathy and compassion. In one sentence, he comes across as a likable guy who really seems to care. If he was taking new patients I would switch to him as my PCP without hesitation. read more

Best primary care doctor I have ever had! Warm, compassionate, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He takes his time to listen to your concerns and authorize necessary testing as follow up. Works countless "after hours" I'm sure, making sure to report results directly to his patients, as soon as he receives them. On a personal level, he is extremely kind and breaks it down in plain English, instead of using medical jargon that most people would not understand. Highly recommend! read more

BEST DOCTOR EVER!! I have been going to him for about three years now and he is by far the best doctor. If your looking for a doctor who is all around knowledgeable with any of your symptoms he is the best and if he can't figure it out he will always refer you to someone. I'm seeing Dr. Khoshrou since 2017 and he has been a great PCP for me. He is caring and detailed, he never rushes you to finish the section. He also follows up with you if needed personally which is always nice. I would recommend him if you are looking for a new PCP. read more

This doctor was no help with trying to diagnose a number of problems that I recently started having. He kept on saying "monitor your symptoms and call me back in 2 weeks". And then when I asked them to send my lab work to a different doctor, they gave me a very hard time for seeing someone else. I absolutely would not recommend this doctor to anyone that I know. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Khoshrou's for over 20 years and you will never find a doctor that is more compassionate, takes time with you, is patient and works out every detail. You never feel rushed in any way when you are in there. He schedules his patients with lots of space in between so he has the time for you. I have had many issues over the years and he does his research when you need to see a specialist. I've seen 3 specialists and all 3 were top doctors as well. He's one of those doctors that clearly knows and remembers your past medical history, which makes the appointment much easier. My husband is also a patient of Dr. Khoshrou. I finally got my sister, who was absolutely petrified to see a doctor, to also become a patient of his. Now she has no problem going. read more
