Instead, I prefer to summarize it with a few words I am borrowing from Tony. Referring to painiting residences, he said: "la pintura lo es todo". He meant, paint is the essence of a home. Before they came for the job our townhouse was white. After they left, it was still white. But was it? This was not the same townhouse than before by any means. Somehow, they both managed to instill life, happiness and beauty to all walls, ceilings and baseboards. Only a labor of love can do this. From their attention to detail, to communicatiing throughout the process, to their porfessional demeanor Tony and Anthony far exceeded my expectations. The original green paint was still showing through in multiple areas, edges were uneven, and squares were left unpainted around wall-mounted items instead of removing the hardware (which we were charged extra for). ​When I pointed out the visible green paint during the final walkthrough, the supervisor was incredibly dismissive and hostile, making the experience deeply uncomfortable. Days later, when we opened the closet, we found the door had been reinstalled incorrectly, pulling the baseboard away from the wall and causing structural damage. Furthermore, the crew failed to properly protect our belongings when they returned for additional coats on day 2. We found paint and dust on our furniture, and pink wall paint splatters on my electronics, black furniture, and other expensive items in the room. ​When I contacted the owner to resolve these issues, she refused to take responsibility because the walkthrough was signed. She went so far as to demand my private doorbell camera footage to prove no one else entered the room before she would consider returning. We ultimately had to hire a separate painting company to completely repaint the room and fix the damage, which cost us nearly half of what this company charged. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience as a real paying customer.

Her and husband came out again and explained the process throughly. They let me know, they are not satisfied until the customer is satisfied. I found their estimate to be reasonable. It took 2 days to paint the house, then they came back the third day to pressure clean my driveway and the walkway to my house. The other 2 companies I requested a estimate from never mentioned they'll pressure clean the driveway and pedestrian walk to my house. The supervisor checked in on the workers and me to see if everything was going OK. The painters Lena and Juan did a fantastic job painting my house. Ironically, it's the same color of my late mother's house.

He did not install my towel bar as I had wished with a piece of plywood to secure from inside the wall. I trusted him with the toggle bolts he brought that were really "strong enough to hold it". Not! Two weeks later the towel bar is sagging once again. He couldn't plaster smooth the old holes. The wall was left bumpy after he painted it. With the paint roller he had painted the entire wall and had hit the ceiling leaving patches of the wall color on my white ceiling. He also shaved some of my door's edge to keep from sticking. It was not smooth at all leaving gouges and the paint job over it was an attempt to mask its pretty bad craftsmanship. These skills are not his forte. DON'T HIRE THIS CON ARTIST! He can't install a towel bar, nor plaster, sand, prime, and paint which requires very skilled hands and eyes. He didn't even stir the can of paint letting the paint form droplets along the door's frame. He is the messiest worker. "DON'T CALL CHUCK" should really be the name of his business. He is not a professional. He says that his real passion is doing electricals but he is not certified or licensed. He's a smooth talker and am now left having to hire a real contractor to fix his attempted work paying ten times more. Stay away from this scam artist! You've been warned. Save your money and time and call real pros for your tasks.
