I booked two 90-minute massages for my mother and myself. My mother had Nok (which means "bird" in Thai), and I had Amy. Being Thai, I'm admittedly very particular--and sometimes hesitant--when choosing a Thai massage place, especially since I've had some excellent massages in Thailand. Sparadise offers a combination of traditional Thai massage techniques along with what I believe are elements of Swedish massage. When Amy asked if I was okay with her stepping on my back (legs and arms too), I was a little hesitant at first, but decided to go with it. I'm so glad I did! She was able to work deeply into some very tight areas and really knew how to release the tension. My mother was equally complimentary of Nok and said she thoroughly enjoyed her massage as well. Beyond the massages themselves, Sparadise is exceptionally clean, and the receptionist/manager was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. As someone who is Thai and has experienced plenty of Thai massages in Thailand, I'm happy to say Sparadise exceeded my expectations. Dee mak mak! I'll definitely be back.

The couples room was cute with a steam room, two person jet water bath and a infrared sauna (lower temperature). If I had to make a upgrade suggestion, I would say hotter sauna, add fun couple elements to the bath maybe a cute massage oil and for the sauna maybe offer a salt or sugar self scrub before access the steam room. I felt the experience of the couples room was nice but like it was missing elements to make it romantic and opportunities to interact with one another which a oil or scrub would help with. Anyways the massages were well worth it and really good. We both ended up doing the special which combines Swedish with thai stretching. Felt really relaxed afterwards and just focused on hydration with tea and water the next two days. Slept really well. I will be back!

So I met my husband for thirty minutes to relax together then went back to the women's spa area to enjoy the sauna, steam room and the other baths.
