I came here with friends because we saw an online deal advertised on their website. When we first came in, there was a lady customer complaining about her money being incorrectly charged. Already there was a weird vibe. We came in and we discussed the deal we saw online (plus my friend talked about it with one of the staff on the phone) and for some reason, a different lady was claiming that we either had to pay more or we needed to do only a foot massage. The deal online however mentioned a full body massage for X price. Thankfully, the manager stepped in and compromised, so we agreed to get our massage done. We separated in pairs and each were put into a room. There was no direction given and we sat on the bed for a good while. Thankfully, I don't think that was included in our 90-min massage. Every person in the group had someone massage them, so I'm only going to speak on this lady that massaged me. She was lazy in her massaging, and later she even STEPPED ON MY BACK AND SPINE!!! I was shocked and didn't say anything, even though I should have. For the foot massage, she didn't work on my calves. For the full body massage, the back of my head and neck wasn't massaged. I later learn that the rest of my friend group DID and NO ONE ELSE had their back stepped on. I was the only one!!! She was barefoot on my back for more than half of the session. I had a terrible massage experience, and when we went to pay, she made a face when I only wanted to tip $5. My friends (bless them, although they didn't know what I went through) pushed and added more as a tip but in reality I believe that worker didn't deserve it. They didn't take down my name, but I received a text confirmation after we hung up. There is a bit of a language barrier. For example my friend asked for a female masseuse and they only understood when I said "lady." When choosing what type of massage from the menu, I had to repeat it a few times. It's not a big deal. You might have an easier time if you speak Mandarin though. My husband and I got the full body massage 60 min for $60/person. They also include free hot stones (said so on the website, but not listed on the menu). Originally I wanted the Deep massage, but the masseuse asked me to get the same one as my husband. His was a little firmer than mine but otherwise still a good massage for him. While there is a language barrier the ladies still checked in with us to make sure the pressures were fine. Went in last minute on Christmas day for walk in foot massages for 4 of us. Well 3 and 1 got full body. We were all able to get in right away. Foot was $50/hour and full body $60/hour. I was able to be in the same room with my husband. Tom did my feet and Lily did my husband's. We both enjoyed our much needed massage from all the walking that day. I like how Tom didn't go too ham on my feet. He was gentle in certain areas and didn't put too much pressure which I don't like because it hurts. No one acknowledged us so we walked down to another massage place and got a great massage. We decided to try this place again, as Yelpers seemed to have good experiences. However, as much as we love to patronize massage establishments--as we get massages at least once a month, and more when we travel--we will never return for the following reasons: (1) We arrived earlier than our 10:30am appointment for a 1-hour foot and 1-hour body massage and expected to wait, as we understood that workers are scheduled accordingly. However, they took us in despite not being ready. The room was not ready and the woman who greeted us and barely spoke English began to massage my partner while I lay there for 20 minutes. (2) When another worker woman arrived, she immediately began to massage my face and her hands were cold! Yikes. (3) They spoke throughout almost the entire 2-hour massage. It was difficult to relax. (4) The room was so small that my partner's masseuse kept bumping into my arms and vice versa. (5) When they brought out the hot stones, they set it down next to my head and it was loud as it clinked and clanked on my right side of my massage bed. Terrible. I've never had someone do that. (6) My partner shared that, hands down in over 20+ years of traveling the world and getting massages at similar establishments in Vegas, this was his WORST massage ever. If you follow me, you'll know that I do not submit a rating or Check In for every single time I get massages because we go often--when we have events we are in need of massages a few days in a week. Thus, the fact that we understand the nuances of massage establishments and we are excited to pay for great massages--and not recommending this place--should speak volumes. We factored in the timing--it's Christmas Eve and maybe the usual workers didn't show? Whatever the reason, we paid our $120 each and tipped them both $25 each. It was wild that they looked at our tip as if it wasn't enough. Still shaking our heads knowing we will never waste our hard earned money here again. The massage instead of alleviating pain it caused more pain. They also demanded a $10 tip, rather than the $5 that I believe the service netted. I didn't realize that $10 tip was mandatory for unsatisfactory service. It was difficult to explain what we wanted specifically when it was about sensitive areas of the feet that needed more attention. I rarely write reviews but I have to say that unfortunately this was the worst massage I've ever gotten. I love getting massages so I'm familiar on what to expect. My friend and I decided to get a Swedish massage. We shared a room, and immediately upon walking in the room we noticed how dirty the tables and towels were. You can see footsteps all over the table so it doesn't look like it's been wiped down. As for my massage, my therapist was extremely lazy and made me feel so awkward. It felt like all she was doing was rubbing and spreading out the oil all over my body. Here and there she'll squeeze a muscle. She also just scratched my head and called it a day. Absolutely no techniques were used. She also walked on my back with her bare feet so close to my face. She would sit on my back, straddling me, and I felt super violated. My friend who got the same EXACT service did not get this at all. During my session, she also went to the bathroom. Thank God I heard her wash her hands but really? You couldn't go right before our session started? Her and the other masseuse were also talking to each other the whole time. It was hard to relax. My friend didn't understand what her masseuse said and the masseuse started using CBD oil (again, we didn't ask for this) and it started burning and stinging her back. She had to tell them to wipe it off right away. Luckily I kept expressing saying "no" to CBD and other things. It felt like they just kept wanting to up charge us. Long story short, it was terrible. The whole time, I was wishing it was done soon. I don't remember her name but she has a pixie haircut. We walked out of there both thinking how this place got good reviews because we both had terrible experiences. My masseuse was the one that rang us up, and she got upset we didn't tip her 20% and only 18%. She tried to tell us it's supposed to be 20% when tipping is not mandatory.
