I booked a 50-minute facial ($264 including a 20% service charge) and arrived about two hours early to enjoy the full spa experience. The facility itself isn't too large, so on a busy weekend you might have trouble finding an available Ganbanyoku bed or a sun lounger by the infinity pool right away. The facial was good -- relaxing and well-executed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My skincare specialist was professional, friendly, and thorough in explaining each step of the treatment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The treatment bed was warm and comfortable, and I almost fell asleep. The wet area was nice, and the lounge offered a good selection of drinks (water, coffee, tea, ginger ale) and small snacks like bite-sized granola and chocolate. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Relaxing music played throughout the spa, and the staff were attentive, frequently restocking towels and beverages.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Where this spa falls short of the AAA Five Diamond hotel spa feel is in the amenities. The toiletries could use an upgrade in variety and in quality. For instance, there was makeup remover in the shower area but no facial cleanser. The shower products were LATHER brand. While I wasn't expecting Dyson or Shark hair dryers, I did expect something a bit better than what you'd find in a 2-star hotel. The hair dryer was heavy and kept falling out of the outlet, so I eventually gave up on drying my hair completely. Overall, I think Aria spa is worth visiting but it might not be the very best 5-star hotel spa option on the Strip.

The sitting area, hot tub and extra treatment beds within the Desert Healing Escape Spa Suite.

We chose to book the Desert Healing Escape Spa Suite and it was well worth it! We enjoyed a totally private spa within a spa - I find some people don't understand spa etiquete these days(on their phones, talking loudly, etc) so I really enjoyed having our own bathroom, mini locker room, steam shower, mini bar, snacks, hot tub and sitting area - no strange people to have to navigate in the shared spa spaces. This experience would be great for a small group of girls or a couples retreat. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We booked for the half day but would recommend booking at least 1 extra hour on top of the half day reservation availability in order to have some more time after your treatment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were starving after our massages and wanted to order room service but were pressed for time to order and eat it prior to our check out time from the spa suite. Our massages were lovely and the face masks were even better - as someone with sensitive skin I didn't have any adverse reactions to the products used. The only downside is that throughly 90% of our time in this particular spa suite and massages was that we could hear medicine balls/heavy weights being dropped CONSTANTLY as our spa suite (suite #1) shared an entire wall with the Aria gym - which was packed that day(Tuesday). There was nothing to be done and we just had to listen to it? lol for that reason alone I would NEVER book the Desert Spa Suite again. However, I would choose a different suite theme/request not to be in suite #1 and would recommend that path to anyone else. The spa staff did offer a discount due to the noise issue but only after I reminded them we had to listen to that the entire time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I booked a blowout following our spa suite reservation and it was great but the vibes in the salon were off - felt only mean girls worked there. The staff that didn't help me weren't very kind to each other or entirely welcoming to me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]However Sasha who gave me the blowout was fantastic and so kind.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Additionally I had an MGM gift card gifted to me and wanted to use it on the blowout and the remainder of it on our spa bill but the staff at checkout made it seem like I was inconveniencing them. Loved that... Also! My husband went to the general spa while I had my blowout done and he said it was not good. I didn't bother going there after my blowout but he said most of the lounge chairs by the small infinity pool had towels on them unofficially reserved by people who were nowhere to be found. Would go here again but under many conditions - honestly there are better spas in the city!

This is a review for one of their spa suites. We got the Ocean Dream Room for a halfday (4 hours). It was a bit expensive but honestly it was absolutely worth it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]First of all special shout out to Sarah who was our suite attendant. She really was a gem and went out of her way to ensure we had a great experience - and we definitely did! Top tier service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The suite includes a bathroom, a shower (with steam capabilities), a service area with a unique experience per room (ours was on water beds), couches, and a hot tub. Also included a cheese board, teas, and champagne. The services were great - fantastic massage, face mask, hand and foot scrub, etc. We wish we had one more hour in here as the massage is an hour 30 but honestly this entire experience had 0 things to complain about. The only thing was that although the room was serene you could hear bass from the outside pool but that's about it. HIGHLY recommend this for a couple to relax and have a fantastic experience.

Aria Spa was a great experience and I also got an Athletes massage here. Cost me about $230 after the 20% tip. I went on a Wednesday and it was not full at all which I enjoyed. Seeing all the reviews, I thought the place would be much bigger! The customer service here was on another level and all the employees just seemed liked they really cared about your experience here which I did appreciate! Although, the co-ed section really isn't anything to write home about, it's just the salt room (which I was not too impressed with), the outdoor pool (which as a heads up was very loud due to the day club being there) and the Japanese bed thing. Sauna and steam room on the male only side were great and I really did enjoy the cold plunge there. Hot tubs in the male only section aren't as hot as I thought it'd be. The outdoor heated pool was hotter than the hot tubs.

This review is to shout out for some staff here who are super nice, friendly, professional, and willing to assist the customers as I mentioned in my previous review, 90% of the reception staff are NOT friendly and pretty cold, and high turnover, I guess. I normally prefer to work with the same people for the massage, facial and nails. But I had 3 nail techs here, 2 were not good, very rushy and definitely not friendly. But here I want to show my appreciation to the Spa Receptionist, Kaitlyn Galima. She is the only familiar face I saw here within my couple of visits. Unlike her coworkers, she is nice and helpful to work with the customers' available time for the appointments. And she knows what to do when the hotel staff messed up the billings. Hope her management reads this review and gives this lady a nice recognition for her good work. I also want to recommend three masseurs: custom massage, go to Jessie. For ASHIATSU massage, ask for Maria and Pam. They are all very professional and worth the money and time you spent here.

My third favorite spa so far in Las Vegas. There are so many great things about this spa. One of my favorite things is the co-ed area where you have hot stone beds and the salt room is pretty cool, with six massage chairs in there (although I don't know how to make them recline, because one of them was reclined but there's no easy switch to find the mechanism). We also were big fans of the waiting/snack area. They have this crazy good granola mix that had dehydrated goji berries, gold raspberries, tiny chocolate chips, banana chips, and dried coconut chunks. It was one of the best trail mixes I ever had. They also have a Nespresso type machine that makes LaVazza coffee, and infused water which is nice. We enjoyed the spa, which has a super steamy steam room (it felt like it was big since we couldn't see through the vapor) but it needed more eucalyptus because it just smelled like boiled wood. The dry sauna was nice and hot, and of course they had the hot tubs and cold plunge (which could have been colder, but was a nice temperature). They had ice towels for the dry sauna which I always love. But one of the best features is the outdoor, hot infinity pool which overlooks the pool. This is the first time I saw an outside area to a spa in Las Vegas and it was gorgeous and calming, until the beats from the pool DJ drove us back inside. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We bought a red light treatment so that we could get our spa day pass and our assistants were very sweet.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My assistant forgot to turn on the music, which my sister said you could adjust to get different styles of music. Even without it, I liked the red light treatment, which they say helps with back ache and collagen production. I don't know if that's true, but I enjoyed it. I will definitely want to come back because the spa is relaxing, modern, and has a great vibe.

If you book services are you able to use their swimming pools? Do you bring a swimsuit for the pools in the spa area?

If you book a spa service as a non-hotel guest, the spa facility amenities and gym are available for the day. If you are a hotel guest, you have access to the pools.

Is there a discount for locals?

Sadly there is no discount for locals.

How can I book just for the day pass to use facility?

As of 8/18/22, you must be a guest staying at ARIA or Vdara to purchase a day pass - $75 Mon-Thu, $100 Fri-Sun. If you're not a guest, you must book a treatment to access the facilities.

How much is a day pass if you are not staying at the Aria?

As of 8/18/22, you must be a guest staying at ARIA or Vdara to purchase a day pass - $75 Mon-Thu, $100 Fri-Sun. If you're not a guest, you must book a treatment to access the facilities.

If I am checking in on a Sunday and checking out on a Monday, can I purchase a day pass Sunday morning? Or do I need to wait until I check in to purchase a day pass at the hotel guest rate?

You are not a guest of the hotel until you check in.

If I'm booking a massage, do I have to pay an extra $50 for access to the facilities?

    No.

If I am staying at the Aria hotel, do I need to make a reservation in order to purchase a day pass for the spa?

You don't need to make a reservation for the day spa pass, however, if you go late in the day it could reach capacity and then they will not sell anymore once it reaches that point. The only day I have seen that happen is on a Saturday.

    Prices or packages?

    I don't see a price menu

During check-in, the way she spoke to my husband and me felt sarcastic, dismissive, and unwelcoming. Instead of making us feel like valued guests, her attitude made us feel uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. Customer service is an important part of any spa experience, and a warm, professional greeting sets the tone for the visit. Sadly, that was not our experience. While the spa itself may have positive qualities, the poor treatment we received at check-in left a lasting negative impression. I hope management addresses this issue and provides additional customer service training so future guests are treated with the courtesy and respect they deserve.

Living in Monaco and having spent over 11 years in Miami and 7 years in Las Vegas, I've experienced many aesthetic professionals throughout the US and Europe, and Reva is simply unparalleled in her expertise. For the past 20 years, I've trusted only her with my treatments. Whether it's injectables or other aesthetic procedures, Reva's precision, skill, and personalized approach make her stand out. Every visit to her office leaves me more than satisfied with stunning, natural-looking results. Her ability to enhance beauty while maintaining a subtle and sophisticated touch is truly remarkable. I am incredibly grateful for the day I first walked into her office. Reva is not only amazing at what she does but also a kind and caring professional. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my face. However, my appointment with Reva was, without a doubt, the worst I've ever had. When I politely explained my usual preferences for my lip injections, she immediately became defensive and condescending, raising her voice to insist that she was the professional and knew best. Her tone was aggressive and dismissive, which made me feel uncomfortable from the start. The injection process was even worse. Reva was rough and unkind, practically jabbing the needle into my lips with force and pinching them painfully. I've had my lips done many times before, and I've never experienced such a heavy-handed and hostile approach. I honestly felt as though she was taking her frustration out on me :-( I left the office in tears, and unfortunately, the results were just as bad as the experience--my lips healed uneven and lumpy. Later, I looked up more information about her practice online and found multiple shady reports.. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this place. Lesson learned--I wish I had done more research beforehand.

The front lobby is a "no-frills" Asian spa (Chinese-operated, not Korean), but don't let the modest exterior fool you--it is surprisingly huge inside and can accommodate up to 20 people at once. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to take me immediately. Here are a few tips for your visit: The Setup: The rooms are separated by doors for privacy, but the individual sections are divided by curtains, so you can sometimes hear neighbors talking. The Pressure: This is the place for people who actually want a hard massage. Even their "regular" pressure is much firmer than a "deep tissue" at a place like Burke Williams. I especially loved the technique where they step on your back--it's incredibly effective! Just make sure to be vocal about your preferences if you want them to adjust. Pricing & Upselling: They are very clear and upfront with their signs, but like any spa, they may offer add-ons. Just ask if something is included or an extra charge; they aren't trying to scam you, they're just running a business. Location: It's in a perfect spot right next to all the amazing restaurants off Spring Mountain, making it a great stop before or after dinner. If you don't need a giant hot tub or a steam room and just want a focused, high-quality massage that actually works out the knots, this is the spot. I left feeling super relaxed!
