I love the cat-eye look but both artists could not achieve the look I wanted. Also, if you are coming in to get your lashes filled and you got your full set somewhere else they will charge you extra because the original fill wasn't from them. I was not happy about that.

For one, the lash artist was texting me while working on another customer. I realized this when I arrived for my appointment. The next worst part was that while I was laying down, with the tape on my lashes and basically unable to open my eyes, I could hear my lash artist texting, using the phone, getting up and going to the receptionist area. Just imagine how trapped it feels when you can't even open your eyes cuz the tape has your eyes closed and you can't see. Since my appointment was at 7pm, and I was getting a full set, I just wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. She was the only artist there who was managing the store and also closing, so no one else was there to run the shop. I had a very special event to go to 10 days later. When there , the upsell started and I was talked into full face dysport for $499( 225 units). It's my fault for agreeing to it because 150 units always satisfies my needs. 5-7 days after my appointment the dreaded ledge appeared below my eyes and my crows feet turned into literally deep pleats. Consequently, I went to my event looking like someone beat me up . Today I had my 2 week follow up and Olivia, the injector as well as owner said oh the toxin must have pushed up from my lower face. Like , what? I felt I should get a refund and mentioned that but didn't press the issue. I have used injections for 25 years and have never had this disastrous result. Just beware if you are considering going to this establishment. I am so upset but just hope this wares off quickly!! In addition Olivia injected product into my jawline and I wanted product in my chin where I have lines. Just beware ! Photos are 2 weeks after treatment! Nightmare . I just read owners response and i would like to stress that I have always had wonderful results with dysport. Blaming the horrible results on my type of skin is a cop out.
