In terms of the 9060, I don't think I've ever had a more comfortable and stylish shoe. (My Brooks don't count because of course they are comfortable, stylish I don't know lol) anywho! I see many people workout/walk in their 9060s, but I purchased these solely for style/fashion. Overall, I recommend the shoe and the location as it's conveniently located.The young lady working was also helpful. I'd say that the value of the shoe is GREAT and the price is worth it. She will often tell you that the skate you want isn't right for your foot so she can only sell what she has in stock. She sizes the boot way too big for your foot which is dangerous for rolling an ankle and not being able to feel the ball of your foot. She also sold me USED BLADES for full price, do not waste your time here.

He took one look at my foot shape and said there were four options: one cheaper figure skate, one high end figure skate, special orders, or that hockey skates are easier to get in a wider size. Then he explained different factors that go into getting a good fit, and different things they can do to improve fit. The first skates he brought out were close to good, but needed some more space on one spot. They were able to modify them so they no longer were tight and I left after about half an hour later with skates. I'm glad I was able to find something that worked because there is a fitting fee "up to $85" if they work with you and you don't buy skates. Which is reasonable for the time and expertise, but would be disappointing.

I saw a fabulous short strapless jumper at the San Francisco store, but they were all out of my size. So they checked the inventory list and found that The Galleria had it. I filled out a charge send form and they faxed it over... Supposedly. Something went awry so I followed up with The Galleria myself days later. Unfortunately, the SF staff wasn't on top of things. However, the manager at this store was super helpful and made sure that I got my jumper quickly. She even waived the shipping fee because of the mishap. And it wasn't even their fault! My experience was entirely over the phone, and their customer service was awesome. I haven't been to The Galleria for a few years, but it's an amazing mall. I'm super happy that one of my favorite shops is in here!

This is an expensive store, shoes are still good for the price, quality and .... compliments... It is a men's store. Just for fun I tried on a pair of XC4 waterproof shoes. I liked them. Afterall, I have a weird shape feet and find it soo hard to find closed shoes that work for me. I found them comfortable but big. I asked Maya to help me out with a smaller size. She did not have those. One thing about the store, if you don't see something on display its more than likely they don't have it. She did not carry a smaller size, but got me loafers and told me they were unisex. I loved them. Neural brown, criss cross stitch and posh looking . I didn't want a display piece so ordered one which will come home. The staff- especially Maya was very patient and friendly. It was a good experience especially considering that now I know, I can wear men's shoes too and feel absolutely comfy ! ;) These shoes last long. And being men's, the option in colors is pretty much limited to black, shades of brown and blue. So, that's a relief, I won't be visiting them anytime soon - saved my pocket . Lol... Thankfully for me Barbie doesn't really want to dress me in this stuff because if she did I would probably do it for her because like wouldn't you do anything for her? I have been buying strictly online or from other cities so I'm stoked to have a local option. They have 3 locations so even if you can't find your sizing here they can help order it for you from another store. Great selection of different brands - I'm a big fan of Japanese brands (visvim, undercover, cavempt, mastermind, readymade, bape) plus your usual designer streetwear (balenciaga, ysl) and others (raf simons, offwhite, rhude, cdg). Obviously with covid they're not doing raffles right now but I can't wait until that resumes because I love the excitement of drops and line ups. Store is clean, well kept, designed beautifully. He was more interested in finding my perfect shoe than pushing to make a sell. I walked in and got my feet measured; from there we worked to find shoes that supported my week points.
