Unfortunately, my experience was not the best. The store was very messy, with clothes on the floor and items misplaced throughout the racks, which made it difficult to find what I was looking for. After about 15-20 minutes of searching, I finally found a cute denim outfit and went to an employee named Melanie to see if they had my size. As Melanie began helping me, the store phone started ringing. At that moment, a manager named Emily walked up to Melanie and told her to answer the phone, even though she was in the middle of assisting me. After Melanie picked it up, Emily then began reprimanding her for answering the call. The interaction was uncomfortable to witness, especially since it happened right in front of customers. Once the situation passed, Melanie continued helping me and mentioned that there was one more outfit in my size somewhere in the store. When I asked where it might be located, she wasn't sure due to how mixed up the racks were and returned to her other tasks. I made another lap around the store trying to find it but eventually gave up. Overall, the disorganization and uncomfortable interaction between staff made the experience frustrating. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. This was definitely a reminder of why I usually stick with Boot Barn instead.

When I tried to pay they told me the boot costs $175, I went back back to get the boot to show them the price and while I was getting it all the employees kept talking about how I'm crazy thinking I'm going to find a boot that costs $100, it was 3 plus size women. I came with the boot and they said someone probably put a wrong tag on the boot, they were talking with an attitude the whole time I was there. Customer service was terrible, I do not recommend to this place at all.

In terms of the 9060, I don't think I've ever had a more comfortable and stylish shoe. (My Brooks don't count because of course they are comfortable, stylish I don't know lol) anywho! I see many people workout/walk in their 9060s, but I purchased these solely for style/fashion. Overall, I recommend the shoe and the location as it's conveniently located.The young lady working was also helpful. I'd say that the value of the shoe is GREAT and the price is worth it. Hubby was able to spot it before me walking out of the door for total embarrassment. We were able to stitch it up as I was determined to wear this after all I bought it for that night although totally over priced for the quality. It did get plenty likable comments but all in all the quality is definitely over priced and I think I'll be very selective next time about what I get out of there as those clothes are quite pricey to have holes and poorly sewn seams and zippers. If you are going to sell clothes at high end prices the quality needs to match or just don't sell it PLEASE..... it will make you look shady AF. It took a long time just to get a women's fitting room, and when we asked for help with boots and sizing, we were basically told that whatever was out was all they had. I also needed help finding boots that would work for wider calves, but we weren't given many options or much assistance. My husband was already pretty frustrated with the service at that point. Thankfully, we came across the manager, Steven, and he completely turned our experience around! He took the time to help me find the right size boots and helped with my wide-calf concerns. He also helped my husband get properly fitted for a hat. What started as a frustrating experience ended up being a great one because of Steven. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Steven is the reason we left happy and deserves recognition for his excellent customer service!
