Tom Terrific here with another honest review. My friend and I came in for the 50 cent wings and the host who turned out to be our server seated us and gave us menus. The place was not packed but somewhat busy and we sat for 15 minutes without anyone coming to us. I noticed a threesome come in and they sat behind us. The server took their order before ours. We then ordered 30 wings with a beer for me and a sweet tea for my friend. You have to order a drink to qualify for the 50 cent wings. Another 20 minutes and they still didn't come. We were there for 40 minutes before our food came. The wings were not fresh out of the fryer though they were very warm. This created a situation where the wings lost their crispness and the skin was a bit rubbery. In addition, my Coors beer was a little flat with no foam top. What I witnessed was they had one server for the whole place for patrons who were at tables while the bartender (who was nice) took care of everyone at the bar. I feel they are limiting their overhead by having just one server so I fault the owner. I'm going to go back and I bet I have better service and a meal because I feel that this was simply an off day for them. Still, for that one visit I have to give 3 stars which is generous considering our experience. read more

Excellent service for our group of 15. Manager greeted us as we entered and directed those who came in late. The ambience was casual and inviting. Server was excellent in orders , making sure food came out correct and hot, clearing plates and refilling drinks. The server also gave me clear warning when I ordered the Memory sauce which I ordered a few but could only keep one down. An unwise decision on my part. Last night, my husband and I decided to try Kicken Wings one more time, as the first time we tried it, they screwed up our order. We were completely disappointed yet again, and we will not be going back. First off, we ordered 10 wings and I specifically said and paid for half to be buffalo and half to be barbecue. When they arrived, they were all barbecue. The onion rings were burnt and the fries were completely soggy. The only thing that was good about our meal was that the beer was cold. It was a Friday night, but it was not busy at all, so I have no idea how you could screw up an order like that. Ridiculous! The three of us stopped at Kickin Wingz today for lunch. We were the first ones in, which was very nice because the place is usually packed. This was my first visit there and I was very impressed. They have dozens of TVs for you to watch sports or whatever you want to watch the floors were spotless. The atmosphere was very nice. They played great music. The staff was really awesome great personality and welcomed us when we came in and seated us right away. The food was delicious and I think there was plenty of it. The pricing was reasonable for the three of us for what we had. There's plenty of parking. There's handicap spots available and handicap seating areas available. They had a number of different pinball machines against one wall they had an area for cornhole game to be played and other different types of arcade games that a party could enjoy. Off to the other side there was another room that had a stage so they have music there. We enjoyed our meal and we enjoyed the playful banter between us and the staff, and they made us feel very welcome. If you haven't tried kicking wings, I highly recommend it. And if you'd like spicy dips for whatever it is, you're eating, I had the chicken tenders, and if you're used to eating spicy foods, then go for something that has more than three chili peppers. We had to keep trying hotter and hotter and hotter until I finally found one that was just right. Great staff I'd highly recommend you give him a try. read more

But the most aggressive thing is that the customer can't order food the way they like it, if you like your wings extra crispy or even done then don't go here. Flavor? Eh, they weren't terrible but they weren't great. Not sure what it was about it but there was more heat than flavor. The cool on the wings was ok. Fries.... Wow these were terrible. Actually, the flavor was great, the fact that they were crazy soggy, greasy and undercooked was the problem. Sat down because my daughter and her family were going to eat there as well. After sitting for 15 minutes with not one person coming over to ask if we wanted drinks while we were waiting for them to get there. I ended up asking the bus boy to get a server for us. His response was. I'm just a bus boy what can I do. So I said ok and got up and asked for a server myself. The owner came by and said are we not waiting for other people. I responded by saying yes but we are thirsty. I placed my drink order with him for me and my wife. At 7:45 daughter arrived. I still have not gotten my drink or a server besides the owner. At 7:55 drinks came in. And still no server. My daughter's party still did not get to order. At 8:15 a server finally came over and started to take our orders. Wouldn't you know that they're not doing endless boneless. Said they were out. But you can order boneless off the menu, So 8:20 we all ordered. Separate checks. 9:05 comes still no food. Place was pritty much cleared out, server came over and said sorry we don't have the sauce you ordered. I originally said forget it I don't want mine. But gave in and got a different sauce 9:20 rolls around food starts coming out. I got my salad wilted and partially freezer burn or frozen. I sent that back. Other guest had same experience with her salad and sent it back, At this point server only came over 1 times after. The food is always good there. We order to go all the time. This dinning experience was horrible. Owner made no effort to rectify the situation. He actually never came back after I complained My bill was forced to add gratuity even tho it was just me and my wife. This was at best one of the most aggravating food experience we have had, Way over charged us and forced to have poor service and poor quality food. More than likely the last time we will order from them. And the only cash draws issues as well. Not good customer service if they intend on having repeat business. read more

I got the garlic parm wings - and wow, what a flavor! They did not disappoint with the amount of garlic or parm! I love sauces, so the fact that the wings were drenched in the sauce... winning! The wings were the nice crispiness, not too crispy but enough to enjoy the skin and the chicken meat still being quite juicy. They are good size - not the biggest, but definitely not the dinky wings. After being seated by my server (who didn't seem thrilled to see me), Michelle brought me a menu and some silverware and took my drink order. They were out of Tea, which seemed a bit early to be out? So, I settled for a soda. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with fries and mayo on the side. Food runner brought out my sandwich but forgot the mayo. Michelle noticed that immediately and got the mayo. The chicken was a little over cooked and I would have liked some mustard, but my server never returned to ask me how my food was or if I needed anything. After I was clearly done, Michelle returned to see if I wanted dessert or a refill. I did not. Then it took over 20 minutes to get the check, and another 5 to check out. This was my first experience with the restaurant, however my in-laws live near the place and said they've ordered often without a problem. thought it was going to be good wings, but it was actually just a hassle and attitude. poor customer service. order was: bbq wings medium wings hot wings cannot remember quantities, but i do know the medium wings were of more quantity because 2 people were splitting them. i was having bbq wings, and my significant other was having the hot wings. they flipped the medium and hot sauces, giving us more hot wings, when we know we ordered more medium. the receipt and tickets showed this as well. my in laws called the restaurant, asking to speak to the manager for a wrong order. whoever answered the phone said they were the manager, but i'm 99% sure it was just the bartender from when we went to pick up the food and not the manager. when my in law said he orders from them all the time, and knows the hot and medium sauces were flipped, she rudely interrupted and said "OuR mEdIuM iS hOt CoMpArEd To OtHeR pLaCeS." she refused to acknowledge that we would obviously know how to tell the sauces were flipped from experience, and because the hot sauce is obviously HOTTER THAN THEIR MEDIUM, even if the medium is hotter than other places. it made absolutely no sense to point that out about the medium... they hung up on us, and that was the end of it. will never be eating there again, even my in laws who were ordering pretty much every other week up until then. read more

We have eaten here a few times and it has been hit and miss. Not sure why...the wingless chicken was incredibly dry and overcooked on our last two visits, which has put us off. The hubby got the cheesesteak sandwich which was ok, but lacking in the meat department. Service was slow regardless. It was always on Wednesday or Thursday so wasn't terribly busy. The management is absolutely pathetic. He heard a bit of an issue with our food order at the bar and disappeared to the other side of the restaurant. Had it not been for Jamie our bartender and other members of staff (I didn't get his name ) we would have left at that. (The gator bites ordered at 16$ had five small pieces in it and the spinach artichoke dip was a soup ) But we stayed hoping it would get better and it did the wings were great.
