This created a situation where the wings lost their crispness and the skin was a bit rubbery. In addition, my Coors beer was a little flat with no foam top. What I witnessed was they had one server for the whole place for patrons who were at tables while the bartender (who was nice) took care of everyone at the bar. I feel they are limiting their overhead by having just one server so I fault the owner. I'm going to go back and I bet I have better service and a meal because I feel that this was simply an off day for them. It's his mother's recipe! My friend from Scotland loves it! Now I've never had his hamburgers but a friend I dined with recently said it was one of the best burgers she's had in a while!
