We ran a fun 5K with an amazing group, and to top it off, we entered a raffle and won a great pair of Brooks shoes! The staff member who helped me was a total sweetheart. She really listened, made me feel comfortable, and invited me to their Monday 6 PM runs and other events it felt very personal and genuine. I also love that they collect used running shoes for low-income families. That truly says a lot about who they are. I'll definitely be back for more runs and more shoes. The attendant's response was very dry and dismissive -- just asked if I wanted them or not, without any attempt at customer service. It left a bit of a sour note to an otherwise well-stocked store.
