Additionally, the craftsmanship is amazing and the cobbler really knows what he's doing. I needed the sling back on my heels to be tighter and instead of just resizing the elastic, he took the time to resize it properly to ensure I can easily fit into my shoe. I'd definitely recommend to get your shoes repaired here! I had some boots that were terribly cracked at the sole and they did a great job replacing them. They look great and feel like they will last me a long time. They have reasonable prices & great customer service. I found Shoetorium on Yelp and I will agree with all the 5 star reviews. What a great find. The place is sort of a hole in the wall but the work is really great. Last visit was for an 'Emergency'. My son soccer cleats have a rubber-band to hold the tongue in place that goes below the sole and it broke. Showed up on a Saturday at 3.30pm explaining he had a game the next day, at 4.30pm it was fixed. You can't beat that, and the price was right. My wife used a different shoe repair place in town that sort of lost its primo work quality over the years and she also switched to Shoetorium. Had heals replaced, broken leather straps replaced, etc.....all 5 stars. read more

This is the spot to bring your shoes in for repair! I have taken a few of my boots in and have been satisfied with the results. You may need to wait a bit as they are quite busy and popular, but it's worth the wait. Good craftsmanship and they take pride in their work and charge a reasonable price for the amount of work they put in. I just got my knee high boots back, and they were able to replace all the bottom parts of the boots. They also gave it a nice polish. Lucy is friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent quality of repair. I went in to have repaired a rain boot that had been chewed up by one of my dogs. The top edge of the boot was damaged and the pull to help slip my foot in was gone. Shoetorium did a fantastic job with the repair. My middling rating is for 2 things: one is that they told me several times things like "I'll call you tomorrow to tell you the cost" or "I'll call you next week when it's fixed." These things didn't happen. I had to call them proactively to find out the info they had promised. The second thing is that they ONLY TAKE CASH. This turns one errand into 2 as I now have to go and get cash, which I don't carry because it's 2024. I would gladly pay the 90 cent service charge for paying by card (the bill was $30, which is excellent value). They said they "tried a card machine one time, but didn't like it." With excellent work and excellent value for money, I suggest they consider adding excellent service to their business. I will be going back, and I'll make sure to have cash with me next time. read more

My pair of Chanels needed cleaning really bad. I obviously didnt want it do it myself because I know I will ruin the shoes. While I was out running errands with Mom, I yelped and found this shop which was closest from where I was. I parked right in front of the shop and walked in and the owner greeted me right away. She seemed really friendly and nice. I explained what service I needed and I told her if cleaning is going to ruin the leather or discolor it, to give me a call and let me know. I mean its leather. So she clearly understood and she also was nice enough to let me pick up the day after because I had to wear these shoes this weekend. My shoes look clean and theres no dirty spot on the back of my shoes which has bothered me for the longest time. I'm hoping it stays this way for awhile because I do not wear these pair as often as before. I am super satisfied with the service and I am so glad Yelp has randomly recommended another great place to me and I will be back here for future cleaning or any issues with other shoes. My Doc Martens were falling apart at the sole. Docs are difficult to resole, but Shoetorium was able to do it, and they look better and feel better than the original soles. The original sole was heavy, clunky, and that weird off-yellow color. But now because of the vibrant sole, they're lightweight and the black sole just looks so much better. Shoetorium is awesome! I've been here twice. The first time I had some really cheap heels (known to have the heel break off easily) reinforced so I don't suffer an embarrassing mishap mid-graduation on stage lol. I also had anti-slip grips added on the base. It was super fast and the price was way less than I expected. Second time, I had a really nice pair of boots stretched. They came slightly narrow (I have narrow feet!) and I already sized up knowing that. I couldn't go any larger or else my toes would be swimming, so I called and asked if they could stretch it out for me. It cost $12! And it was done within 2 days. I am really disappointed with how my shoes turned out. I gave them two pairs to do: one needed a polish, and the other needed new heels. The polished one looks fine, nothing special, but they weren't too bad to begin with. The heeled ones look awful. They were a pair of black boots with a slight heel that I had worn through. When I gave them the boots, the bottoms were a light brown wood color (the heel, the sole, and the sides that were visible of that). Now they are black. Why?! They made no mention of this to me when giving them back, nor did they call me at all through the process to say something like "hey we only have black heels for the replacement, is that ok?" Because I would have said "no" and taken my shoes elsewhere. Instead, they did this without asking, and now it can't be changed. I will not be going back here. read more

A wonderful place in the neighborhood run by a kind lady and her family friend. Not only can they fix shoes, but they also offer other repair services! I recently visited the shop with a stroller seat fabric had a large tear on the side. After searching online for a replacement seat with no luck, I decided to give this place a try. The owner was extremely helpful and took the fabric in right away, knowing that I needed it urgently. To my surprise, they were able to fix it perfectly on the same day, and at a very reasonable price. My child is almost outgrowing the stroller, so I was thrilled to have found a place that could fix it and make it last for another year.
