I do not like the parking lot of this facility it's always an anxiety attack, worrying whether or not there's going to be a place to park But beyond that, this is really a facility that has much to offer there's a section for "boarded"games which has been quite an experience. And then there's the big field for the epic games There's adequate bathroom facilities and the concession stand There's also several places where players can warm up before or between games, which doesn't always exist in some facilities. There are also picnic tables where you can park it for a while in between games This place just deserves credit for what it actually offers. It's not just a big blowup dome waiting to be used like some places.

There is also a nice splash pad area that is very popular and wonderful trails for walking and biking. There are plenty of restrooms in the immediate area too.

These are all community teams sponsored by the RR center. There are also numerous indoor activities in the full-size gym all summer long - open basketball, indoor volleyball, and the like (it's as if kids get to experience P.E. class all over again!) Macomb Community College also presents a large number of short classes during summer months at RR, which is most interesting to me. Contact MCC for a catalog of classes offered - anything from one-evening classes on basket weaving, motorcycle riding, to "how to publish a novel." They have a lot of really cool topics that are affordable for anyone looking to get into a new hobby, or touch up on old habits.

Its strangely difficult yet fun at the same time. Its bumper cars meets basketball meets lacrosse. Don't be fooled, you will work up a sweat! So if it was a little better managed, I would have given this a solid four stars. But still, not too bad of an experience once you rush past those couple things, and it's a nice place that you can just rent out each half and kind of do your own thing with your party. Party. We'll definitely have to come again and see if the experience is any better, but mostly to try to redeem myself from my poor performance!

For my family of 3 kids, it's $60 for a day worth of entry and we typically only play a couple hours as my children are 3, 4 and 5 years old. Even when purchasing the punch card, entry is still $15.90 per child. We were able to see past the expense and still came to enjoy a few hours of occasional fun at Kids Empire. Just beware the price point and there are no family/ multiple children play pack options. My real frustration occurred today. I've had previous customer service unsatisfactory experiences here with staff but was able to reach out to upper management and they were able to work to resolve issues. Today, they were not!! I wanted to plan my daughter's birthday party at Kids Empire and the package cost was going to be $349 for 2.5 hrs of reserved space, up to 10 kids (we were going to have 6) and we were bringing in all of our own food and drink. I was originally told and quoted by an employee that is no longer there (but was last week) that all adults were included in the party package and no additional fees would be added. I went to book my party today and was told with the amount of adults, each (above the 10 limit allotment) would be $15 each. This was going to price my already $350 party to over $550 plus keep in mind, I still was going to bring in all food and beverage separately. I was flabbergasted and beyond frustrated for a $15 "adult fee," for what?!?! I reached out to Fadi and Jerry, upper management and Director of Operations to express my concerns of what the $15/ adult fee was going towards-- above the party package. I was told this is policy. This is a crazy policy, in my opinion, to charge adults to literally stand around, celebrating a 3-year-old's birthday to sing happy birthday and then leave. I understand completely and I'm totally fine with paying for each child and any additional food charges, but this is supposed to be a KID's Play facility and family friendly experience! The management team was not willing to waive these adult fees which priced my party to an unreasonable cost for a few hours, especially compared to other play facilities in the area. They were also willing to lose my business of $350 + dollars for a birthday event. I was told if they waived adult fees, there would be no Kids Empires in years to come because this is a business. I understand everyone is in a business to make money but this is supposed to be a KID's BUSINESS facility. My adults were not going to participate in playing in a kid's jungle gym. My opinion is save your money and go to a family friendly, more affordable place for birthday options. Most kid's places are willing to work with you and NOT lose out on opportunities to book your business. Kids Empire might not be in business in years to come because they are pricing families out of affordable options for an afternoon experience. It was evident today when I walked in and no customers were at the facility playing. Too expensive!!! Management not willing to work with their customer base!

Trampolines, play structures, ball pits (for little kids and older kids, which my son loved), plus an arcade-style game area--def more variety than most indoor playgrounds we've been to. Fair warning though: the ball situation is a little wild. Balls everywhere. I felt like I spent half my time tossing them back into the right pits . It was also really busy, so expect noise and movement in every direction. That said, the energy was fun and my kid was entertained the entire time, so I'll take the chaos. Couple quick tips: wear grippy socks (they're required), and plan to spend a little extra if your kids want to hit the games area too.
