It was so simple too because you hook them on at the beginning and they stay connected the entire time until they are done with that course. So there was no hooking and unhooking while on the ropes for the Junior course. My kids had a blast. It was a really great time.

Lastly, entrance to trail is not necessarily monitored, and several folks were walking in with entire families and no tickets were checked. not completely surprised but disappointing when we paid $25.00 per adult and $15.00 per child to enter. So I gave up drinking it after a few sips. The place is dark. And it was well air conditioned. Lots of big couches and random tables and chairs throughout. They have a lot of video type games and foozball and hockey tables tops. All cost. So bring $1's. Whirly ball was fun. I have to say. Playing with my coworkers was a blast. However. The bumper cars were dirty and smelly. Looked like they hadn't been washed in awhile. The catchers were raggedy and we crushed 1 ball. And it is hot. The air conditioner in the bar is not on the whirly ball court so it gets super hot. And your active so now your hot and sweaty. Then the bumper car is filthy and smelly and not maintained. My seatbelt came out of the seat. That's safe. I am not sure how often they clean and maintenance these bumper cars but it doesn't seem like they do. Gross! The score reflects the fact I had a good time with my co workers but the place itself is kinda dirty and smelly. I guess you have to weigh your fun and good time to disinfecting yourself when you get home.

The difference is hands down the kindest most helpful staff I've ever seen or dealt with at one of these. All of them every area we ventured too. One of the kids lost the arcade card i went to the desk to buy a new one i assumed it was the only option i had. The young man working on his own pulled up the information needed to find the old card and replace it for me. It's the little things. The young men that ran all the games and bumper cars all so helpful and kind. Good job guys we will definitely be regulars.

We had our ground school training with our instructor Vinnie and he answered all of our questions. We were well prepared thanks to his knowledge and insight. Entering the "wind tunnel" was exciting and a huge thrill. It was an incredible experience. Vinnie handled everything perfectly for both an 8 year old and an old man of 58! A personal recommendation: Get the 4 flight package. I think we really got the most for our money that way. They have a lot of specials so be sure and shop for those. They attach wristbands to the fliers with names and info. I booked a family package for up to 3 fliers and 10 flights. They each got to go twice but their time was extended to get the full time for the 10 flights. Husband did the fly high add-on. Super fun. Not fun - beginners have to wear the eye goggles and open helmet. The goggles cut into your face and the force of the wind makes it hard to breathe. Bright side is that since they completed the first beginner round, they can have closed helmets next time. Instructors were great! Everyone was so helpful. Nice facility, plenty of seating for groups and spectators. The girls were very excited but nervous. They had a great time and want to go again. At $360, it will be a little while before we do it again.

My only complaint is that the pieces take a week to be fired, glazed, and ready for pickup, but I know that's not necessarily in their control. I often come here alone, pop some headphones on, and paint for hours. The staff are willing to answer any questions I have, and leave me be otherwise. Highly recommend
