My daughter has been with Coach Chelsie B. for a while now and she was very close to leveling up to the next level. She was doing backhand springs by herself, no problem, needing no assistance for one full consecutive week before Coach Chelsie B. injured her wrist. When Coach Chelsie B. injured herself, we got stuck with Coach Rob. Everyone thinks that Coach Rob is so great because he used to coach the Olympians, and they'll be sure to tell you that too. Well, I don't see it. I don't care who he used to Coach, and I'm sick of hearing about it! What I do care about is that my daughter went from doing back, handspring by herself, needing no assistance to flopping on her face. She was supposed to be doing backhand springs by herself this entire time and Coach Chelsie B. told Coach Rob to let her do it by herself... he refused and said she's not ready and he'll decide when she's ready. He is NOT her Coach! He can take his little ego elsewhere! I have been wasting money going there week after week, watching her fall on her face, fall on her stomach, fall on her knees. I called and explained all this information to whoever was at the front desk and we tried to find another time slot, another day, another Coach, but unfortunately everything that we would be available for we would be stuck with Rob. We set up a make up class specifically with a female coach to see if the problem is gender related. I was not able to watch my daughter because they set up a giant inflatable in the middle of class. I asked one of the coaches if I could stand over on the side so I could watch and he said yes, and then the girl from the front desk came over and told me that I couldn't be on the floor and when I said, I already asked if I could stand here she just said Parents are not allowed on the floor. So then, when I asked her, where could I stand so that I can see... she just walked away from me so I said it again louder and she continued to walk away from me... now I am shouting across the room, walking after her and she's still ignoring me. The issue has now escalated to a valid Safety Concern for my child as well as other children. Had a ridiculous conversation with Rachael over the phone about my concerns and all she did was put it back on me. They continue to push the claim that Coach Rob used to coach the Olympians and yet we did not have any issues prior to him. This has been going on since June and I'm sick of wasting my money! I have spoken with other Mothers who's daughters are being coached by Coach Rob, and one Mother informed me of a similar issue when Coach Brooklyn broke her foot and they were stuck with Coach Rob. She stated that her daughter came home crying because Coach Rob doesn't know what he's doing. She also stated that Coach Rob told the girls he used to Coach Simone Biles. She stated that her daughter did not feel safe having him spot her, but then Coach Brooklyn was back the next week so she didn't say anything. Please, I am asking all Parents, if you have a concern or complaint bring it to their attention. I brought it to their attention and was treated poorly. I went as far as contacting the Owner, David Trifiro, and he was extremely rude just like Rachael. Did not take my concerns seriously, gave me all sorts of excuses. The facility is very clean and organized. I have done private lessons and group classes for my daughter. Each child gets equal attention, and I am very happy with our experience here. Chelsea did a great job helping my daughter overcome her tumbling fears. read more

Ohio sports academy is a great fun place to have a birthday. Ohio sports academy has amazing staff. I have went there for a friend's birthday and it was a time to remember. They also offer gymnastics, ninja and arial arts. I have token both the gymnastics classes and the ninja classes. All the staff love to talk to you and teach you. read more

My older daughter has excelled all the way to the top back tuck class. When she started she was in the first level class. All the teachers are wonderful, I like to try all of them because then u see the best fit for your child. My younger daughter started with gymnastics here, but switched to ninja class and again, she loves it! Jennifer at the front deck is so friendly and just down right amazing to me and my family, she definitely makes coming in here a total joy. She's very personable. The gym offers " free make up" classes as long as your enrolled, so if u have to miss a class, don't stress! And they have many class times to choose from. They also offer birthday parties, we have had three here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good stress free time. read more

My daughter has been in tumbling at hand-to-hand for the past year. Jordy is her instructor and he works so well with the kids. He goes out of his way to make class fun and exciting. The facility is clean, modern, and has the equipment needed for each level. They allow cancellations and allow an unlimited number of makeup classes. This has been a life saver for our family. Hand 2 Hand was one of our field trip selections and I am very pleased that we chose to go here! Not did all of the kids LOVE IT, but the staff was friendly and accommodating. We have a child with cerebral palsy who cannot walk, and the staff put a mat on the trampoline just so he could experience what the other children were experiencing. They went above and beyond what they needed to do! We will definitely be going there again next year! read more

My oldest daughter started at Hand 2 Hand in January 2015. She had a teacher that she never met because of an injury. The replacement was great, however the replacement was replaced with a teacher named Ashley and she dropped my daughter when trying to support her for a back handspring. She continued in the class for another month, but was too afraid to try a back handspring again. We switched to George's class and he is great. We've had no problems. My middle child started at Hand 2 Hand in January 2015 as well. The teacher she had wasn't very friendly and didn't seem to like her job. I switched her to Ashley's class thinking that I wouldn't have to worry about her safety, since she wasn't doing back handsprings. Unfortunately, we had another bad experience. Ashley removed my daughter from the class for a 'timeout' because she wasn't paying attention. She's 6 years old. I discussed this with her and told her I will definitely discipline her, but for her to be taken out of the class, a class I pay good money for, isn't acceptable. She is adamant that what she did is fine. I have rescheduled her last two classes with another instructor and while I've yet to terminate my agreement with my oldest child, I am looking for a new gym. It's unfortunate since my oldest daughter has been progressing well and she likes George, but if my 6 year old is going to be treated like that and the gym doesn't care about the conduct of their instructor, then I can no longer pay into that establishment!! read more
