Just leaving a great birthday party experience at KidStrong West End. The facility itself was very cool and the staff were all fabulous, from booking to party time. We celebrated my son's 6th birthday with about 10 of his friends. The kids were so engaged and used up A LOT of energy. I also loved their emphasis on confidence, and how the coaches shook each kids' hand and encouraged them to use eye contact and introduce themselves. I'm kicking myself that I can't remember the young lady, but both she and Coach Terry were really incredible. As a former early childhood educator, I'm always really interested to see how people work with groups of kids - it didn't surprise me at all that Coach Terry is an EC educator! Great experience; I'd for sure recommend for birthday parties and we plan to come back to try their classes as well. Thank you!!!

Based off on sensory birthday party/day…read more This was the first time stepping back into a Chuck E Cheese since... forever. I've been a little hesitate to come here only because of my boys being special needs and it is definitely a spot where I remember being easily overwhelmed. We came here for the first time during sensory hour and it blew me away. Note - I've only been here once and it made a great impression on me. I will definitely be checking out their future sensory day opening to see if it can be our new sensory hour for each month. The staff were super friendly and really responsive. The place was clean from what I saw and the little kid's trips is just like what I remembered. I will admit, I was a little sad that everything's on a card. I can understand not having tokens anymore but damn did that remind me how old I was haha. Oh, had the pizza there and it was not bad at all! I can def see us ordering a pizza from there in the future. We will be back! Thank you!

The prices are fairly pricey for very low ticket to prize value. It was very crowded the day we visited due to summer camps being there. These children were running around, knocked my youngest over, no supervision but that is at no fault of the establishment. This location is lacking cleanliness. The bathrooms were horrid. Several machines were out of order during our visit. Sad it was a bust but our kiddos still seemed to enjoy it.
