Incredibly disappointed. Had brought in a basket of clean clothes with name brand items. All the clothes in the basket were clean, one had a mold stain on there. It had been washed multiple times and would not come out. Told me I needed to go home and wash all the clothes so I could get store credit or cash. Ended up telling them to donate them. However, I will go in and see if the items that are supposed to be donated are on the racks. I will never buy my kids clothes there ever again after all the years I have shopped there. read more

Literally never seen an employee that wants to be working here and I've been shopping here for years, they're always rude. If you're coming here to sell clothes they will just look at you like you're bothering them, especially if it's your first time and you're not sure how drop off works. A great concept for a store but don't come in expecting friendliness. read more

Been here more than a handful of times and every time I'm disappointed. I don't know why I keep going. Their selection is not great. You're just gonna find target and Walmart clothes marked up for more than they are new. The prices are way too high for used clothes that aren't even namebrand. The customer service is always terrible. I try to give the benefit of the doubt everytime but I always feel like I'm bothering them by coming into their business to shop. I've never sold to them, so can't speak on the selling process, but I know you only get store credit . Also, if you return something no matter what you only get store credit which makes no sense. I wish I had known that before buying something because now if I take it home and it doesn't fit my child I'm stuck. Won't be wasting my time coming here again Edit it to add: one of the items I got home with and it had holes all in it. Make you sure you check all your clothes before buying if you do go here because now can't even return it. And it has at least 3 holes. read more

Tried to call the store before wasting time and gas to ask what they were buying. I had a bag of gently used girl clothes that I had hoped to sell. I walk in and was asked if I were buying or selling; I said selling to which the counter person said we only give store credit at this store, we do not give cash back. Please don't advertise that you buy things when you don't. I just wasted my whole morning with you. read more

Staff at a 2nd Hand Children's store act like kids are annoying. I've never seen a more unwelcoming Kid to Kid. Most are well lit, staff at a minimum acknowledge kids, but not this one. read more

I went into this place around 10 AM to drop some clothing off so I could sell it and really I didn't even want cash for it. I just wanted an in-store credit and I called around 12 to see if it was done and the lady said no about an hour or an hour and a half more so I said OK. Well then you could pull my stuff to the side because I don't have time to wait like that and if that's a wait that long then you should be telling people that in the store And then I get there to pick up my stuff and all of my stuff is assorted between different buckets when I know for a fact that I put my stuff in a bucket y'all should go review your security footage and watch me do that because your employee said oh I'm not sure how that happened. No the only way it would've happened is if your employees aren't doing their job properly and sorting people stuff and mixing it up I will never sell my kids clothes to this place or buy from y'all again. Makes me wonder about the first time I sold with yall and for everyone else! read more

I live in Kyle and frequent this store often. I have three kids, so it is great to get a deal on things when you can. I couldn't tell you how much money I have spent here over the years but it has been a lot. Today I had a bad experience with Veronica. She was incredibly rude and had a horrible attitude. Normally the ladies that work there are so nice but I don't know what Veronica's problem was. I spent $75 there today and when I put a pair of shoes on the register, I said oh this is such a great deal. I was excited to find these and she cut me off and said that's not the right price and took them away from me. I asked her if she would honor the price on the sticker and she just literally ignored my question. I asked her again and she looked at her computer and said oh they're $15. Even though the sticker on them that had the correct size and brand clearly stated five dollars. She took the shoes away from me without even offering if I could buy them. I asked her three times if she could homer the price and she wouldn't respond. I can't believe how rude she was especially since I was spending so much money. That is the last time that I will visit that store. If my daughter was not with me. I would have put everything back and walked out. You should really give a lesson on customer service to Veronica that's not how you treat people especially people who are repeat customers and live in the community. I will never go back. read more

Even in June there still plenty of summer clothes to choose from. Thank goodness! My newly potty trained toddler is boycotting shorts with buttons, so I just had to go get a handful of shorts for her that she can easily pull on and off herself. The staff here is very welcoming and polite. They usually dont take long with reviewing items, but then that does depend on the traffic in the store. If it is going to take a while they are pretty good about being upfront and periodically letting you know how much longer it will take. The clothes they have are in pretty decent quality, the store is always neat and clean also. read more

Today was the first time I'd been in the store, wow, I was in heaven!!!! I was purchasing some clothes for my new grandson & was treated so nicely by everyone. The owner brought my husband & I a chair & a tote full of 0-3 months, I was just so excited to see all the cute, very clean clothes, I saw nothing with stains, some even had the original tags, so were brand new! The owner is so friendly, along with all the sales people. The store is well-organized, clean, and well-stocked. I love shopping here! I can usually find what I came for, shopping for grandchildren, but if I can't, they will look for me, and help me locate an appropriate item. They are so nice here, I want to come back frequently.
