I'm appalled at how awfully greedy this place is. I brought 3 tubs of name brand clothes of my daughters in to sell, and I meticulously washed, folded and paired outfits together. What was left, was thrown into my bins carelessly. It was a jumbled mess. Super unprofessional and completely disrespectful. They took all the best and gave me pennies for them... So much so, that I would have rather donated to a mother in need, rather than give this place any of my money or business. Secondly, they lied to my sons face saying a small plushie was 10 dollars. It was high on a shelf that said $1.00. There were two identical ones next to each other so it wasn't mistakenly put there. My 7 year old son had his wallet out to buy it and he was about to cry when she told him it wasn't a dollar, and the sales woman was so cold and cruel! "Oh no that's not 1.00, it's 10" and laughed. This is a second hand plush that is literally 4.99 at the gas station. A TY snowman. I am absolutely disgusted. I had to fork over the 10 bucks so my son wasn't crushed. I will be sure to tell my friends to never go to your store. I never write reviews but this was just cruel as can be. If I wasn't in a rush I would have taken back my daughters clothes. Won't make that mistake again. read more

I was impressed with this store on not just the better quality of their items, but also the organization and layout which makes finding sizes of clothing and other baby/kids items easier to find. I have a different kids resale clothing store near me, but choose to go out of my way by coming here when looking for items. Both days they have taken my clothes and gave me a generous store credit and in return I have new summer clothes and toys for the kids. My daughter is 6 months and wears 9 months so buying discounted outfits at this stage is a no-brainer. My son is wearing size 6-7 and they always have the coolest clothes racked in store. I usually go in the evenings, a few hours before closing so I can sit on the floor & sift through the racks without being in anyone's way. I've sold here many times. Not problem with that or buying. Just like anywhere else though there are things that are well over priced. So it almost makes buying used though. What I'm not happy about is the customer service. Today in particular I was told that it was going to be about 40 mins for them to go through my stuff, but hey had to throw in that they are short staffed and it's busy. I've been here for an hour already. Which I understand when hey have large items. But you would think that they would just tell you when your here that it's taking a little longer. Quite frankly listening to these girls, that buy and sell the stores products, talk to the customers is almost embarrassing. Just very rude. No smiles or friendliness. They almost treat people that are selling like it's bad to be selling things. read more

Brought a box of clothes ranging from sizes premie to 12m and they didn't want any of them. She said "oh we only take full outfits" but I had sleepers and a couple full outfits there that were clean, and only used maybe 2-3 times. Made no sense. Then when I asked, she said they wanted long sleeves and warm stuff. Like I said, I had full sleepers. Almost new and some were fuzzy and warm and a few were thinner. Offered me $6 for 2 brand new boxes of diapers. I can get more than that selling them on my own, thanks for nothing, though. The prices are steep for used, dirty, and nasty shit. I can get brand new things from Burlington and Ross for way cheaper. I would never spend close to or more than retail price for used items. Also bad attitudes and vibes right when we walked in. We came in a few days ago and were not greeted and were given dirty looks, I ignored it. As we were walking around, I noticed only better dressed people were greeted and treated nicely. Absolute trash. Will not be returning and would not recommend to anybody. read more
