The previous school was more worried about meeting funding requirements than the needs of my kid and the staff seemed annoyed by her cause she is headstrong. Growing Patch loves my kid and her quirks. They have curriculum and I feel like they are really preparing her for kindergarten. They take field trips, have community members come in and speak to the classes, they even have some extracurriculars on site. The teachers are professional and actually like kids and what they do. Most importantly they KNOW my kid and meet her where she is. I honestly don't know how they do it all but they do. She has been there for just over a year now and I continue to be impressed by their staff and her growth. I'm going to be so sad when she leaves this place. She absolutely loves it and looks forward to going every day. It's affordable but I'd pay more for my kid to go there!

When we walk into the school the director greets us every morning and genuinely checks on the children. Once we walk through the main entry, there is a wide open green field and 3 play grounds in sight. It is always a breath of fresh air and every thing I ever dreamed of for my children. I really enjoy that walk to class and every morning we pass through the preschool garden and check on the preschool chickens. The classes are small with two wonderful teachers assigned to each class. These are trauma informed educators that took the time to understand and work with one of my babies that just needed a little bit of compassion and understanding. Any obstacles we have faced have been handled with love and problem solving. Any parent that has experienced the heartbreak of loving a child that just needs grace, will understand how thankful I am to have found Fairmont and all the educators there.

We are so impressed with the IB curriculum. Our son has a lot of energy and requires lots of differentiation and Fairmont has always exceeded our expectations. Every morning our son asks if it is a preschool day and his language abilities have grown so much since enrolling 6 months ago. We can't wait to enroll our toddler too. I would especially like to commend Lydia, Ashlyn, Ms. Sierra and Ms. Harpreet for always going above and beyond for us. The disconnect was very apparent, as my party agreed separately that she was very slow and disoriented. We found her demeanor to be questionable. After discussion, we concluded if we sent our daughter to Bluff View we would be concerned with her stability as owner & admin. Overall, we will be crossing this off of our list for good. Strong recommendation to all new parents to take a tour and go through that.... interesting experience before handing over 250$ for application fee.
