There is limited parking this office provides to patients, on arrival all of those spaces were taken. There was no street parking and so I parked behind the building where there was more than enough space. Moments later I was asked to move because it's for staff only. THERE ISN'T THAT MANY PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE. There were still 6 spaces open for staff to park and this was at 2PM and the office closing time was at 5PM. Everyone should be at work by then if not getting ready to go home, but maybe they have a night shift I can't say. If you know, as a company, your location offers limited parking, why schedule so many patients at one time? Customer service goes a long way. Total time parked for appointment was 17 minutes. Doctors: Five Stars Staff: One Star (You'll be tested- and I fail EVERYTIME!)

The equipment was old/dated. The office, dirty and run down. No private rooms for HIPPA compliance. The dentist was extremely forceful with my son. I have never in my life heard him scream and cry like that before. The dentist just says they all cry like that. Just hold him down. I left, I didn't agree with his care, or treatment recommendations. We went elsewhere, where the dentist didn't hurt my child. Be wary of this practice.

Here with another update. My son had to have some fillings done and unfortunately reacted poorly to…read morethe in office liquid sedation. Dr. Braxton was able to do 2 fillings and then had to stop the procedure and recommended we finish the rest at the hospital under general anesthesia. As you can imagine, my anxiety was through the roof thinking about this. They got me my total and said it was due before the procedure in 2 months. So, the day came when we brought my 3 year old to St. Mary's for the fillings. Dr. Braxton was about 5 hours late. We were told to be there at 8am, and they did not start on Jalen until after 1. He couldn't eat the entire time. I was worried about him getting hungry or restless and I hadn't accounted for having to pump for my infant, so this significant delay really had a negative impact on our experience. We never got any updates from her. I went up to the secretary of the surgical area and all she told me was that "Dr. Braxton was behind". No approximate timing or anything. When the time came to take him back, they did a good job of making sure we were comfortable and checking him over. Dr. Braxton came in briefly beforehand to talk to us, and then off he went. Here's why I'm taking off 2 stars. After Jalen came out of anesthesia, he had a horrible, croupy cough. The nurses took care of him and gave him a treatment, but we were still sent home after one nurse mentioned "oh yeah, he was a little congested going into surgery". We ended up at the ER the very next night because of his cough and breathing. Turns out he had a bad case of croup. I want to know... 1) Why wasn't this detected before surgery? 2) If the nurse noticed he was congested, why did Dr. Braxton follow through with it? 3) Why didn't we receive updates while waiting that insane amount of time before surgery? I just have so many questions. And, a lot of this probably wasn't Toothbeary's fault, but some of it I feel like they could have handled better, like the communication and timing. Although pediatric dentists have nice touches for kids, I think I may just start bringing him to our regular practice to make life a bit easier after this mixed bag of an experience.

I grew up back when dentists were to be feared. And if I'm being honest I was super reluctant to go…read moreto the dentist and for years and years I just didn't go. But, when my kids needed to go to the dentist we were fortunate enough to try Dr Neal and the kids loved him! After watching the kids grow up going to Dr Neal, I finally took my own turn in the seat and it was a night and day difference for me compared to what I had experienced when I was younger. Now I'm happy to say that my teeth and gums are in good health and my teeth are even straight now! I honestly enjoy going to the dentist now, something I would have never thought I'd say.
