My child has been coming to Kiddie Kingdom since she was about five months. She is now 2 almost 2 1/2 and I've always had such a good experience with the facility and the staff. Everyone here is so caring and patient with the kids and understanding with the parents. The facility itself is clean and safe and is a similar to a school room setting. Each day there's new activities that are fun or educational that makes my child excited to go. The children are taught to treat each other with kindness and respect and are all treated fairly. I feel so at ease knowing my child is somewhere with people I can trust and that she is safe while I am at work. read more

I came for a tour and was ignored by two staff members while I waited in the entrance area. Then as I observed during my wait, I witnessed one of the staff change one toddler's diaper then grab another kid to change her diaper with no gloves and without washing hands in between. I left immediately and I think this place should be reported to the county! read more

My boy has been attending this school for a little over a month now and he really enjoys it. Everyday he's telling me something he made or built and he has a bunch of best friends that he always talks about! All the teachers are very transparent and nice every time I swing by, they always pay attention to detail to every single child's needs. The school is clean and very detailed. The teachers and director really care for the kids which can be hard to find especially during these times, I am super grateful to have my boy enrolled here, I can firmly say I can trust this facility with my son. read more

Horrible place. Literally dropped out of my semester at MJC because it was THAT bad. They don't watch your kids properly, the staff just talk and talk, they use the stuff you bring for your child on other children, items go missing, they never fixed the water fountain the almost heat my kids were attending. read more

Not the best place my daughter attended last year 2015 and was bitten by a child no one informed me the day I took her home untill we were home was when my child told me she was bitten No report nothing from any one not even a verbal one and when I asked about the incident the next day what was the response from one of the daughters of the owners sorry SORRY my child had teeth marks on her arm what's going on here are the children truely being supervised.The afternoon teacher that was there would also yell at the last 2children at the day care quite unprofessional don't work as a child care provider if you don't have the patience read more

I took my two boys, 3yrs and 1.5yrs old to this place, and was not happy with the service they offer. Some staff are nice and some just seem like they don't care and are rude. My advice for parents is, if you want your kid to learn and be taught, then do not go to this place. At the oddler section all they do is "supervise" your kid while they do whatever they want, my little one got hurt many times and how did that happen if their room is so tiny, wasn't anyone watching him? The teachers yell at the kids like its their own kids and try to discipline them in an unprofessional way. As I was walking out I heard one of the teachers yell out of the top of her lungs to one of the other kid. One of the teachers aid who worked there quit and advice me to take my kids out because that place was bad for my kids, and she said staff does not care about the kids all they care about is making money. I already had an idea but she deffinitely confirmed my doubt about this place. I love Kiddie Kingdom! My children have attended for awhile now and I have no complaints. I have read the reviews left here and I'm absolutely boggled at how these people can complain. Yes, my children have gotten hurt and there have been 2x where it hasn't been communicated with me.....however....when I went to pick up my child, staff was preoccupied with "watching the kids" and another one was tending to a dirty diaper. I left without even acknowledging staff. Staff didn't chase after me...does that make them a bad daycare? I questioned the next morning and all my questions were answered. I have 2 children in daycare, I am currently raising 4 children....bumps, bruises, scrapes happen. Their ouchies are always well taken care of and bottom line....my kids are taken care of. To me that means more than a piece of paper at the end of the day. They help with potty training which has been a godsend. I would recommend them to anyone. When I first started my children, I was told they have been in business for almost 30 years...that itself says ALOT to me! read more
