We explicitly told them multiple times that we are on a high-deductible plan, meaning every cent comes out of our pocket until the deductible is met. Our plan has zero copay. We have coinsurance, but that doesn't kick in until much later. Since this was our first time using insurance for physical therapy, we made the mistake of trusting their "expertise." They charged us $150 for the initial session and $90 for each subsequent visit, labeling them as "COPAYS" and explicitly promising that this was all we would have to pay. Total lies. We checked our insurance portal today and found out that on top of the money they already took, they billed our insurance $278 for the first session and $177 for every session after. The Math of Their Deception: What they promised: $150 + (4 × $90) = $510 The actual bill: ($278 + $150) + 4 × ($90 + $177) = $1,496 They are absolute crooks who intentionally confuse clients with false information just to fill their schedule. They trap you into booking sessions under false pretenses and leave you to drown in the insurance mess they created. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being scammed.

My range of motion was very limited and honestly affecting my daily life. After about 10 sessions, I've seen a big improvement. I've regained most of my mobility, with only a bit of difficulty remaining when reaching my upper back. That kind of progress feels huge. Vidhi played a big role in my recovery--she's truly one of the best there. She clearly knows her craft and helped me steadily increase my range of motion with the right balance of challenge and care. I also want to highlight Lilian at the front desk. She genuinely cares about patients. At one point, I tried to adjust my schedule so I could always be seen by Vidhi--even if it meant skipping a month. Lilian advised me to check with Vidhi first. I went ahead anyway, but she took the initiative to inform Vidhi, who then explained that skipping a month would actually slow my progress. That level of attentiveness and teamwork really stood out. Overall, I'm very grateful for the care and professionalism here. Highly recommend.

I have to proactively call each day but it just goes to voicemail or they put you on hold for a long time. And, when they return they can't even find an appointment within the one month time frame. It's a problem they need to solve for.

I went in for a neck injury from work, and didn't expect much because the touch was so light. But somehow, my body completely relaxed and I started to feel real relief. I've never experienced anything like it before. Hubert was so kind, gentle, and informative throughout the entire session. He explained things in a way that made sense and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The office was also clean, spacious, and calming. But I feel like he is not good at diagnosing issues, which is one of the most important, maybe the most important, differentiating skills between doctors of any kind. He can't tell what problems I have unless I tell him point blank, which is a problem because often the patient doesn't know what the root cause is. And he continues a treatment plan regardless of what problems I'm actually suffering. I have been to many chiropractors, including really good ones and also some bad ones. I haven't gotten better from seeing him 3 times and have actually been in even more pain. That should not happen. 2 stars. EDIT: I ended up finding a chiropractor skilled in Neuro Emotional Technique and I was surprised that she was able to address the root of my back issues, digestion, and waking up every night at 3 am.
