From the initial check-in, to the nurse, to finally seeing the doctor almost an hour later... no one moved with any urgency whatsoever. Meanwhile, staff were casually talking about who was going to lunch--as if nothing was happening--while my child was there bleeding. And the worst part? We were there for FOUR AND A HALF HOURS just to get four stitches. This isn't the first time either. The lack of care, the slow response, the complete disregard for patients--it's becoming a pattern at this hospital. Unacceptable.
