This place was way bigger than I expected. The prices are reasonable, and the food was delicious... get the onion rings. The pizza was HEAVY, very filling. We had four kiddos with us and they do offer military discount, which was amazing also. Parking was great and it's ample space especially if you have a party here. I did see five party rooms. There is a level for arcade games and a level for little kids. They even had a room for 18 and up if you want to take it away from all the madness. My advice is to use the bathrooms on the second level. Thank me later. The staff were polite and I truly love Grace. She was helpful from arrival to exit. Kids do need socks to play, but they sell them for $2. It was a great outing!

KidMania hosted my daughter's 3rd birthday and she and all 15 of her little friends had a BLAST. The pricing was very reasonable compared to all the other options I explored. I enjoyed that they had an area of the kid maze designated for smaller kids which was perfect for my little one& her friends who weren't as adventurous as some of the bigger kids. The food was reasonably priced and pretty good & it catered to both kids and adults. It was an added bonus that all the kids got a 1/2 off coupon for a rerun visit. We will definitely be back for a play date and future birthday parties.

Young kids would give this 5 stars, but paying adults that have raised a few kids will give it 2 stars, so I've averaged the score, reluctantly. (As my technical advisor on this review is a 4 year old granddaughter going on 18 who reads at a 4th grade level, I'll include her views and opinions. I had to explain averaging of stars and "reluctantly" so she is happy with the rest of the content.) From a kid perspective, this place has lots of really cool 20 plus feet tall climbing features, lots of arcade games, a couple of rides for smaller kids, an area for smaller kids (3 and under), party rooms and a snack bar with an extensive menu including kid finger food (burgers, hot dogs, corn dogs, chicken fingers, fries, goldfish, etc...) custom pizza Including gluten free crust (which the granddaughter said was "disgusting"), salads, party trays (give them a week's notice) and all kinds of drinks. No adult beverages (which the granddaughter informed me are bad for people). Kids love this place! From an experienced paying adult, it can get very crowded, chaotic, lines are slow, and the indifferent unfriendly very young staff don't add anything positive. I think the staff could if they were trained in some basic customer service and given incentives. I saw none of the staff enforcing the age limit on the smaller kid area and none helping keep order at the high climbing features that shouldn't have had parents/older adults. (60 year olds climbing in a maze at 15-20 feet off the ground to help protect kids is comical and ungraceful and no, it wasn't me.) This establishment is like our society. Some of the kids go wild (uncalled for screaming, littering and inconsiderate) while others become bullies (pushing, shoving and cutting in front of the smaller kids). A lot just suck up the behavior of the misbehaving kids. The entrance has signage saying no outside food, but that isn't enforced. The schedule on the party rooms is not really adhered to. The entire floor is trashed with food and litter. The party rooms were fairly clean, however. The food is okay for kids but adults will not be impressed. Kids, have fun! Adults, be wary.

Makayla was the manager on duty during a birthday party we attended. My son has celiac and she was more than accommodating to make sure he had everything he needed. She even gave him an ice cream cup because he could not eat the cake. The playscape was clean and the kids had a blast. The staff were friendly and welcoming to our family and we will definitely be back.

Great place to bring your kids. Their jungle gyms are enormous and looks super fun for kids of all ages. The games are fun too. You win tickets in exchange for prizes 5/5

I had my daughter's bday party here. She had so much fun! The two hour time slot included a room that holds 15 kids(max) and they have tables outside the party room to accommodate all the adults while the children eat. If you have more than 15 kids you can rent two rooms next to each other. Our party host was so bubbly and enthusiastic! She clearly has great organizational skills that were very much appreciated. The young girls who checked us in at the front were so helpful and patient explaining all the food options to me. As guests walk in, they are able to place gifts on a rolling cart, which really eased the transportation process to the car. The food itself was definitely a lot tastier than what I'm used to having compared to other "kid party" places. They also had more variety, including fruit platters, pizza, chicken strips, mozzarella sticks, wings, amongst other things. I would also say how much they go above and beyond! We left a cell phone there and they had it in a safe and were willing to go above and beyond to make sure we could coordinate for pick up! Even though it is quite a drive for me, I would definitely book again!

Very busy on the weekends but my daughter loved it! - clean restrooms - very friendly staff members - private room ( noise block) for parents only ( 18 and up only) Which is located on the second floor also, the private room has windows to see everything to keep a eye on your child which is a plus! (Downfall - not all of the arcade games work ) Overall it's a very fun experience for kids.

I'm not sure about the other views but I absolutely loved kids mania. I booked a room for my daughter's 5th birthday and the host was attentive, helpful and nice. Not only was the place its self clean and fun but I was able to reschedule the time and the room to accommodate my needs and preferences, which I really appreciate. My daughter was happy and loved the place. The prices are reasonable and not expensive at all. I will go be returning just for weekend fun .

There are a variety of games- PacMan, a foosball like hockey game, racing games, pinball, frogger, shooting games, old classics like Fix-it-Felix, DDR, shooting hoops, skee ball and more! It's relatively clean and employees come help is something is glitchy or a ball is stuck in the basketball game, for example. They play music at an appropriate volume (this place is way less deafening than cidercade, and less crowded too!). I've never had food/ alcohol here so can't speak to that. It's definitely a great place to go, especially with a buddy, to get competitive and just unwind a little! My only complaint- the arrows in DDR are not very sensitive and tend to stick a little on their machines. It's very hard to adjust the initial difficulty level because the DOWN arrow on both sides of their machine is so not-receptive to touch you have to jump on it with intense force to move it from basic to more difficult. I'm actually pretty good at DDR and kept getting BOOS from arrows I was hitting. So just don't come here specifically for a DDR marathon and you won't be disappointed. Everything else was in good working order!

I took my grandson to NickelRama a little over a week ago, while he was visiting from Ohio…read more Having never been, I had no expectations other than to think we were going to an "arcade." I had looked up NickelRama online just to verify that fact, and in so doing I read that all the arcade games were, go figure, a "nickel!" Anyhoo, what I did not realize was that NickelRama are a chain of "play for tickets" arcades, where one may then redeem the tickets for "prizes," akin to that which one might imagine winning at a carnival "Guess Your Age/Weight Booth," where number of prizes range from a stick of chewing gum or pencil topper on the low end to perhaps something electronic on the far upper end, depending on the number of tickets being redeemed. My grandson was fully aware of what we were getting into, as I quickly learned. After we made entry and each received our initial $10.00 purchase of 200 nickels, presented to us loose, in plastic cups, he immediately began searching the arcade for what he determined to be the game that would result in us accumulating the most tickets. This was not his first rodeo and he certainly knew the "name of the game" was quantity over quality, as far as ticket acquisition goes. The idea that we might challenge one another in some friendly video game mano a mano competition was quickly replaced by us challenging an electronically crafted gizmo to give up the most tickets possible, for later turn-in and prize procurement! As such was inevitable, he found THE game and thus, the challenge was on. It took us each about 45 minutes to burn through our 200 nickels. Well, I actually left the particular game and sought some variety of play, after about 160 or so nickels. That was short lived however, as I quickly realized my grandson's assessment was correct and the game to which he remained attached was the one that was most generous in spitting out tickets. Hence, I returned to sit beside him at the adjacent game and fed the remainder of my nickels into the machine. When our nickel cups were empty, I urged my grandson to walk about and seek out other possible games, but he quietly reminded me none were as generous as the one we'd just left. Still, I was seeking variety so, I enticed him with an additional cup of 100 nickels. He retrieved the cups and we began playing a game somewhat similar to THE game, but as he pointed out it just wasn't as lucrative. So, we went back to the machines we first sat at and fed. After a short period, we both were done and ready to feed our tickets into the Ticket Counters for tabulation. The ticket counters, booth count AND slice the tickets in half so they may not be reused/recounted. As our tickets were counted, he was declared the winner, by his count exceeding mine, by about 800 tickets! In total, we had a combined give or take 5300 tickets, with which he could now utilize to "shop" for prizes. With an "All-in" investment of just at $40, including the $5 entry fee for each of us to the NickelRama, he was able to get a tiny rubber eraser, a pair of large foam dice, and a plastic foam ball pop gun. In the end, I considered it money well spent, since the goal of the trip was to spend some quality time out with my grandson. He had fun and I had fun! He was shown that he was valued by my following his lead in our quest. And, he outperformed me in the acquisition of tickets! If you're looking to spend some time with your little ones and you want them to feel good about themselves, a NickelRama can fill that need! If you go, just keep in mind, that the quality is not in the prizes but in the time spent together! Live well. Be well. Cheers!

My company rented out a meeting room here 4 days in a row for days that stretched from 9am to 4pm. The big pluses here are that it's easy to find and the parking is free. The meeting room is like a plain corporate meeting space with a network connection and a partition divvying the space. While it wasn't the most stimulating place to sit all day, the ambient noise of people having fun and playing games is kind of amusing given the stark contrast of company gathering and all the fun brouhaha going on outside. Everyday of the meetings, we had steam trays of food brought for breakfast and lunch. The food was like kid-friendly versions of everything. I would love to give this place 5 stars. However, we paid for one hour. First issue was the names. They got one of the names wrong. They put Paul instead of Ethan. So no big deal. We waited around for a time while they fixed that. Then we started our adventure. We had fun BUT then as we solved the adventure, the VERY END was about to happen. We just did our very last objective aaaaaaand the screens went black. The girl said our time ran out. We looked at the clock for our escape room and it said 49 minutes. Which means they started the clock on our time 11 minutes before we started the game! Which caused us to miss the big ending! What a let down. And that also means they were running the clock the entire time we were just waiting while they tried to fix the name mistake that they made. By the way, they also spelled my name as Jejfff instead of Jeff but we let that one ago. I didn't feel like paying another 11 minutes just for them to fix that name too. I mentioned to the girl at the end that we didn't get to see the ending. We still should have 11 more minutes! But she just looked at me blankly and said "oh sorry". Sooooo. I wanted to like it. But I feel we were sort of jipped out of the escape room ending. UPDATE: We returned and the situation was resolved! We did a different escape room this time ("Alice" at the owners suggestion), and the experience was very cool. Our time was not cutoff, and we finished the room within the hour. Everyone was friendly and polite. We will be back for sure. Thanks for the resolution! The ooooonly complaint is that I would prefer the goggles to be more thoroughly cleaned between patrons using them. A few of us had that issue, blurry dirty goggles. But that's a minor complaint. Great job!
