Very nice. The people were friendly and accommodating to the parents and children. It's VERY clean and my niece's loved it.

The artwork and animatronics are spot-on, really creative and entertaining. They are proud of their designs, and each location is a little bit different. It's an indoor course you play under UV lights for the "glow in the dark" effect. We find it one of the more affordable mini golf courses ($13/adult, $11/child/senior). It must also be very well-maintained, because we've been coming in for 5+ years now and I have never once thought, "Oh, this part here is getting worn down" or is dirty or needs to be replaced. The staff is friendly and genuinely want you to have a good time. We occasionally avail ourselves of the mini bowling and arcade (there are price packages if you want to play multiple things), but the mini golf is our jam. Anyone sensitive to strobe-light effects will have to stay away, though.

Can't remember last time I went to or saw an indoor mini golf place, but given that it was a bit warm that afternoon and it was October, indoor-monster-themed-mini-golf was the perfect mix. We really enjoyed the quick and simple layout of the course and more so, all the unique monster-themed paintings scattered throughout the course. Our little one had a great time and we did as well. After finishing the mini golf, we enjoyed their small arcade area and our son was able to get some cool monster-themed prizes with his tickets. I really liked the theme and how unique this place was, compared to the other kids places of this variety (Dave and Busters, Chuck E Cheese, etc). After our weekend in Frisco, Monster Mini golf was actually one of the highlights of the trip and the friendly staff made it all the better. If you're looking for a different, fun outing for you and the kids, go check out Monster Mini Golf.

They claimed it's been fixed so, fingers crossed, the next group won't have the same issues we had. I paid in full when I booked online. When I arrived they said I had to pay the balance, minus the reservation fee. When I showed them my receipt showing that I had paid in full they would not accept my documentation. I had to pay an additional $98 to bowl with our party. Terrible, terrible experience! With Frisco being so "family friendly" I'm shocked at how few bowling options there are!

Regular and VIP. I wasn't sure what VIP was or if that's something we could sign up for. My kids earned some tickets, not a whole lot but was happy the award center had small items they could still get and were happy. The guy managing it has a lot of patience dealing with some of the craziness abound. Kudos to him. He was helpful and very nice. I reserved bowling online and got sticker shock. For two adults and 3 kids 6 and under for one lane came out to a hair over $100 for Friday night. I was really turned off by the online convenience fee of $8. The process was easy though and check in a good experience. They had the names populated for thr game. Although they ask you for players shoe sizes before hand if available, that didn't carry over to the staff at check in so we had to relate it again. While bowling we enjoyed ourselves. The equipment was maintained and operational. It was cool you could upload photos of your visit and it would appear on the screens in the lanes. Table configurations were a little tight. Food ordering was straightforward. The person that took care of us was Thai. I got to give him credit as he was a one man show it seemed. Bartending, taking orders and making sure we're were taken care of. The pizza was horrible. Fries were better. Cocktails were good. Food pricing was reasonable. All in all, it's a good choice if you are looking for a less chaotic place for family or even a date.

You can tell the left over food from previous customers had been sitting. Tables were dirty chairs sticky we ate fast got up and left. Poorly maintained. I was grossed out. The bathrooms the same. Trash overflowing it was gross. I was debating on doing a bday party there but I changed my mind. There needs to be some accountability in the person in charge to make sure that section looks clean people eat there we don't want to eat food in a dirty dining room.

Jeremy (I think he was the manager?) welcomed us when we arrived and gave my daughter a bowling pin with her age on it and it was signed by the staff - VERY cool keepsake and it made her feel so special. Savannah was our server at the lanes and she was amazing. She checked on us regularly and I felt like we never had to wait for a drink to get refilled and our food came out pretty fast! I was also surprised by how much the food has improved since the last time I went to a Main Event. It was legit food with burgers and stuff like you might get at Chili's, way more on the menu than I expected! The ability to let the kids run around and have fun "without parents hovering" was seriously great for everyone. My daughter and her friends felt grown up and had so much fun while I got to relax and not worry. The only time I actually went with them was when they did gravity ropes and that was for pictures. FYI - the gravity ropes has the kids in harnesses so they can't fall and then they get to climb around like 20 feet in the air on balance beams and ropes. Some of the kids LOVED this, but we did have one that realized they were afraid of heights when they got up there. I didn't catch their name but the staff member that was up in the air with them was very kind and helpful to that kid, and I appreciated it so much. I'm just sorry I didn't get their name! At the end my daughter also got this crazy dessert thing in a big glass that had ice cream and cookies and a brownie - it was wild looking, but the kids loved it and everyone snagged bites. I'm 100% doing another party here because it was so much easier than planning stuff myself or trying to do it at my house or a park.

The race cars are really the main attraction here and the entire place revolves around the racing. You cannot make a reservation. It's a first come, first serve situation. There are four racing categories (see below), so if you come with a group of mixed ages or heights you may not all be able to race together (I've witnessed this shock when birthday parties assume they can race together). The Intermediate and Junior Races are slower than you'd assume. I could jog faster, but the WORST part is the speed. They go so slow and are controlled so it's nearly impossible to pass another racer or actually RACE! The Mini Mario has some speed and speed is adjusted based on the general age of the racers in the heat. The cost is $29 down to $15, which doesn't sound horrible, but after waiting for a long time for your group to be called and then racing for 1min to 7 minutes, the cost is really high! High enough you're not likely to get in line and do it again. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ugh. There are kiosks and a giant line with actual people at a counter. Don't be mistaken YOU MUST go to the kiosk FIRST and fill out waivers, although there are no signs anywhere telling you that. We've filled out waivers on line before arriving, only to find ourselves at the front of the line and told "we can't find it, now to to the kiosks and get back in line". It's awful. The employees don't seem to like their jobs, or likely are sick of people being upset at them for the HORRIBLE process management has set up. We've never been able to find someone on the floor to help us when a video game eats our money or doesn't work either. The guys in the race area are hit or miss. Sometimes they're patient and kind. Other times they mumble and seem pissed off to be there. GAMES: The video games are the same as other places around town, but after driving all the way out here, searching for parking and then racing for 5 minutes we've always felt like we need to play a few games to make the trip worth it. FOOD: We've never eaten here, but it's basic bar food (hamburger, hot dogs, nachos, etc) and the cost is high for such basic food. We'd rather pay the same amount for better food options in the area. All that to say, expect to spend $$$ to come race, eat and play at Andrettis. Make sure your group has checked the height & age requirements to make sure you can race together. And finally, come with a lot of patience. ----- Race Categories ----- ADULT RACE 7- Minute Heat.
