We used Kidmoto for the first time for round-trip service from FLL to our hotel (and back to FLL). We have two little ones that require carseats and we were tired of renting a car, renting higher end car seats (rental cars have the worst car seats!!) and then hardly using the rental car at the hotel SO we tried Kidmoto and were very pleased with it! Our Kidmoto driver Tao was super helpful, readily waiting for us at the airport, friendly, and maintained constant and clear communication throughout the entire process even after the Airline/airport changed our gate to another terminal. The vehicle was super clean! Our son said his car seat was really comfortable =) Other ride share services did not have options to ride with children safely, so we would have had to take our car seat with us. When we planned a trip to NYC with our 7-year old, one of my biggest concerns was how to get from the airport to our hotel easily and safely. We looked for options online and came across Kidmoto. We used Kidmoto for pick up and drop off at La Guardia and they couldn't have been nicer. Any changes we needed were handled quickly and without any hassle. Our driver guided us through the pick up process, which was unexpected on the part of the airport and Our second driver dropped us curbside at the end of our trip. We hired Kidmoto to transfer us from Newark airport to our hotel in Chelsea and back again. I was so happy with this service I wish it was available in every major city. From the beginning, it was professional and smooth sailing. The App was easy to use and I was able to select a rear facing car seat within my child's weight range. As soon as we landed, our amazing driver Nelson was in touch with us by text. The vehicle and car seat were both immaculate and most importantly the car seat was of a reliable brand and installed properly! My son loved it - he was comfortable and had a big smile on his face the entire time. Nelson was so helpful too giving us lots of tips of what to see and do during our stay. When we arrived at our hotel, we didn't even have to worry about having US dollars with us because the entire trip including tip was paid for by credit card through the App. Consequently, during our stay in NY we booked an Uber with a car seat to drive us 10 mins to our friends' apartment. I was a little nervous about it and for good reason - the car seat looked like a booster seat from the 70s, it was forward facing, and the driver didn't know how it worked! I made my husband hold one arm out in front of my son the entire ride and to this day I regret getting in that car! I will never ever book an Uber with a car seat again. I couldn't believe the difference in service and professionalism between Uber and Kidmoto. I highly highly recommend Kidmoto. Also with there already being so much stuff to pack with a child, I couldn't imagine lugging the car seat around too. Kidmoto just made life easier. read more

Excellent service. Easy to use as last minute booking and a convenient and safe way to get all my luggage, family, and two year old from airport. When our return flight got cancelled they were extremely flexible with us in our change of plans, which even included going to a different airport. They let us change from an airport run to a move to the new hotel (special exception due to circumstances as usually they only book airport runs) and then did our ride next morning. They were able to offer a little discount since we unexpectedly needed extra rides. Just very nice and helpful. It's not a cheap service but for five people and the convenience and service, it was worth it. read more

The driver communicated with me throughout the day to ensure he had what I needed. For example he confirmed that I needed an infant insert, clearly showing his knowledge and attention to detail. My family was visiting New York from LA and needed a car service to take us from Newark into the city. A friend sent me this companies link from a blog. Traveling cross county with twin 18 month olds is tough enough but when you land and your car service isn't there things go south pretty quickly. Nigel had our flight info and confirmed before we took off. I had booked it 3days earlier. He said he would track the flight and meet us at baggage claim. What we got when we arrived was a text that traffic was bad and he was still in the city. He said it would be 30 minutes. 20minutes later I checked the app and it said he still needed another 45minutes. His excuse was traffic was bad.... come on man it's NY traffic is always bad. I could only image when he would of actually showed up. Cancelled it found a car service at the airport that we were lucky enough that the company had 2 car seats plus it was $50 cheaper.
