The roller coaster is a great idea, but it's really just sitting in a booth with a VR headset. I feel like it should move or shake or something so you really get the feel of being on a roller coaster. There is a screen next to it so people waiting can see what the rider is seeing, and there are multiple tracks to choose from. They have a lot of others things you can rent as well.

An older lady managing the maze was aggressively chasing and screaming at children, scaring them to the point that they were running away in fear. She yelled at kids to leave and go to their parents, creating a hostile and unsafe environment. When my three-year-old was about to exit, she tried to intimidate him as well--completely unaware that I was watching. When I confronted her, she was rude, insulting, and unwilling to have a reasonable discussion. My wife tried to address the issue, and the woman started screaming at her before running to the police. The officers listened to both sides and walked away, clearly seeing she was in the wrong. After that, she sat quietly for the rest of the event, proving she could control herself when under scrutiny. This woman is unstable and should not be anywhere near children. If you value a peaceful experience, avoid this company or demand that the older lady with glasses and pink eyeshadow never work around kids again.

Finally, they backed into my mailbox while delivering (I have video surveillance and neighbors who saw it and called me). It arrived damaged with holes, it stunk like mold, the guys who set it up left after it being inflated about 75%. About 40 min later, it started to collapse. We called the guys, they did not come back out. And after speaking to the owner, he spoke (better yet screamed) at my boyfriend and refused to give us a refund ($375), but only a $100 credit toward my next party rental, which is useless, since I will never use them again. Don't deal with this company. They treated my situation terribly, and I rented a bounce house as well, I spent $550, and got treated like crap.
