We went to the store today and boy was I disappointed. I walked by an employee that was behind the desk twice and both times I was completely ignored. I looked through both rooms and I did not see name brand clothes. I am going to stick with my other favorite consignment stores in Hingham, Abington, and occasionally I will make a trip to Acton, MA and Danbury, CT. Very disappointed. read more

This place is great. They have very reasonable prices. They sell name brand clothing that is in mint condition. The place is always clean and well stocked. I have bought tons from here and wouldn't go anywhere else. The owner and her staff are so nice and helpful. I love to see a nice local business succeed. They sell clothing, maternity, gear, shoes, etc. They also accept consignments by appointment. Go here for great prices and great clothes at a fraction of the cost of retail. read more

DO NOT bring your clothing to this shop. You are better off giving to friends, donating to a charitable organization and taking the tax deduction, or what I am going to now do with the better pieces of clothing, post to Facebook!! I just found out that I have a check for only $51.00 from the 58 items I consigned to the store. The worse part about this is the fact that they just informed me that they do not have on record the fact that I gave them two LL Bean corduroy jumper dresses, one pink, one blue and the matching turtleneck shirts that went with them!! Really, how does that happen since I know for a fact they were in pristine condition! Knowing this, I cannot trust bringing them other items to sell. read more

Horrible experience. Employee was extremely rude. I called and alerted owner that employee was rude and she said "okay thanks for letting me know. I told her I would be shopping elsewhere an she said "fine." Run to another consignment store as customer service is not a priority at this store! If could choose no stars at all I would read more

If you asked me last year I would have greatly recommended this place, they have sold my things and given me credit towards items in the store or a check no problem! However, recently when I've gone to consign with them the new employee behind the desk comes off as rude and condescending.I have never written a review before and it takes a lot for me to complain, that being said I will pick up my check when my recent consignment period ends and will not be returning. If I was the owner I'd find some new help as I'm sure I won't be the only one run away by this particular employees attitude. read more
