Their cosmetics and fragrances department is really nice and there are always plenty of salespeople behind the counters to help you out if you want to try on a product. I've bought several items from this department and have never been disappointed with what I've bought. One of the last times I was here someone from management helped me out with a gift card that I was having trouble using. So the customer service here is great and I can always count on leaving the store happy. They always have their departments attractively set up. And the prices on the merchandise and displays are always very clear. This location is definitely worth visiting.

The employees who staff the intake area are just delightful, helping carry items to the donation area in the rear of the store from your car to the holding bins. I do a Swedish Death Cleansing about every 4 months, so I always have items piling up in the back seat of my car, waiting to go. Also, pro tip: if you're lucky to lose a little weight and your clothes are looser than normal, clean 'em up and donate! It makes it less likely that you'll creep back into that bigger size if they're gone and someone else is looking good! Inside, the store is bright, staffed well, the items are out to sell and if you don't see what you want today, go back tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow. New things are always to be found. We were in town from Las Vegas finding a suit for my husband for my mother-in-law's funeral service. He was incredibly understanding of our time frame and very sympathetic. He was more than happy to lead us in the right direction - my husband is a very tall man and often difficult to clothe. We had very little issue. Arthur was also able to find a suit that was part of a buy-one-get-the-second-suit-for-a-discount deal. So he was able to buy two suits for around the same price he'd figured he'd pay for one. In just about one hour, we had two suits, shoes, belts, ties, and shirts pinned and ready for tailoring, and were checking out. He was also able to guarantee that the suits would be ready for pickup by Friday evening - just two days after our visit. It was a very pleasant and helpful experience, given that the both of us were a bit preoccupied emotionally. Cannot express how lovely Arthur was throughout the experience. Not sure what the negative reviews are about, ours was as pleasant as could be in our situation.
