We've taken our two littles here twice now and both times have had positive experiences. The staff there have treated us kindly and have superior customer service. I like the fact that we can pay the admission and our children can spend two to three hours playing, climbing and exerting all of that excess energy. I like that there aren't a lot of games to distract since I prefer our children to climb and interact. This facility is conducive to exercising. I will never come back here again and I will make sure I tell all of my friends and family not to. Number one, it now costs $20 for admission which is insane for an indoor playground. Number two the general manager is one of the worst people I have ever worked with. He refused entry to my disabled daughter without us paying the full $20 for her to go in and sit at a table. She isn't able to participate in any activities but he didn't care. When I asked to speak to the owner he replied, "If you can find him in France you can have his number." read more

Just had our first visit today. I really appreciated how clean it was.. and also was happy to see no face coverings required as I do not agree with masking children. Service was kind and helpful. There was nothing that my 3 year old couldn't do by himself and everything was safe. There are cold drinks and kid lunches available as well which included a uncrustable pb&j, apple sauce, chips and a drinks. We will be back! read more

We wanted to take our 4 year-old daughter to a new play place. My wife and I brought my mother so she could watch her grandchild play. They charged 5 extra dollars for this. The staff wasn't very nice and didn't inform us that my wife needed socks before paying, just to enter the sitting area (she was wearing sandals). You also weren't allowed to bring outside drinks or food of any kind (which they also told us about after paying). I've never experienced anything quite like this and will never go back. We asked for a refund and they told us we had to email it in, which is absolutely ridiculous. Rude staff, ridiculous rules, overpriced. read more

We were in town on a rest day from a road trip and this place was next to our hotel. I decided to take my two year old in and it was pretty affordable about 20-25 for him and I including socks and this was for all day entry. The toddler play area wasn't too big but my kid loved the ball pit. It was a slow day so my son didn't have to share the play space with anyone. He also loved the little dance club area. The staff was actively cleaning the tables and play areas so everything was neat and clean. I would say that they should at least offer socks with some grips at the bottom because my son was falling and sliding everywhere. I don't know about the food because we didn't eat there. It's really a fun place to take your kids. We mainly come for the ball pit for my toddler but Yeah I do think that staff could be a little more professional, and it could be cleaner. I can't complain, the pricing has gone up but when you have high energy kids, This place is the place. I ain't complaining. Plus it's all day admission. We had my 6 year Olds birthday party there on the 14th and we bought a birthday package and ... did not get what we were promised we were promised a cake and when asked about it they said we didn't buy that package and when we showed him on there website about the package he was like ok so went to Windco and bought one mind you it was Frozen so the kids could not eat it..... told us we could not bring in our own food when everyone that was there did.... we were promised unlimited candy and drink... well they would only give a us gummie bears we will never go back and everyone in our party said they would not bring there's either it as a horrible place to have a kid party and so not worth the money. read more

I am so incredibly disappointed in this place! First I couldn't do their birthday party for my son who just turned 3, because there is a minimum of 10 kids required right in the middle of COVID! so I brought my own balloons and was told that I couldn't have them. Then they had very limited drinks and food anyways! So we tried to get coffee across the street, they told us we couldn't have that either! Then one of the employees was extremely rude about the entire thing! This is not customer service and these people should be trying harder, we are paying customer. They had no tokens so we couldnt ride the motorcycle or do the claw machine! read more

Definitely would not book the birthday package. The package included what seemed like a lot of stuff for their high price but nothing was actually available or very unprepared. The package included pizza but they said they didn't get our order which is interesting because they charged us for it. The package also included cake which they said they ran out as well. We were having to run back and forth to get any kind of help. No one seemed to know what the process should be for the birthday package. This place emphasizes that there's a no shoes allowed policy, but there we're definitely plenty of kids and adults there that were free to just wear their shoes around. Staff did not even follow their own rules. Definitely go somewhere else for better birthday venue. read more

Kids of all ages have fun here, even my 11 & 13 year olds enjoy it because of the bouncy area to play soccer. Unfortunately, after an hour of play, kids get HUNGRY and there is NO outside food or drink allowed (not even a cup of coffee for mom). They have tiny bags of chips for $1.75, ice creams bars for $4 but after paying $15 per kid to get in, it adds up! I'd love to kill a whole day here but the lack of food really puts a damper on that. Yes, you can leave to get lunch and come back or whatever but that requires shoes back on for everyone (then off again when u get back) and waiting at the ft Knox gate going each direction to get in and out. Came with a few mom friends and 13 kids thinking it would be a fun place to have a kids bday party but with these issues, no thanks. Plenty of other places to choose from!!! read more

The first time I visited kids empire I was in California and I loved it so much and so did my son, the slides are very fast and it's so cool to see all the parents going down with their children... I sure wish we had this when I was younger I enjoy this even been 26! My 4 year old has a BLAST each time we go! So cool! read more
