If the manager see it, please noted that I was waiting in the line to report that I found A PIECE OF SHARPED PIN with purple flower, probably felt out from some child's dress. It was found in the jumping house zone where all the children were jumping and running. Imagine if it pokes into somebody eye or skin, this can actually cause more problem than just wearing a shoes into your play area. Well, I said that because more than two of staff were busy taking care of this situation at the gate. While others were walking around setting up for the big event. So, I decided to wait at the snack line. Your employee just allowed two people cut me off to make a snack purchase while I was standing there, even before those people joined the line. Seems like you care so much more about people who making a purchase than a person who just wants to tell you something. I left immediately soon after sporting this. You might think I make a big scene about this, but imagine your child was too close to be blind from that sharped pin. It's absolutely not funny for me. My son loved it! From a parent perspective I gotta love when my kiddo is happy and having the time of his life! It's has a huge structure which is great for the kids but difficult for a parent watching below. They are high up so I couldn't see when he was within the middle of the play structure. I wasn't able to climb up there being 9 months pregnant but he enjoyed every bit. I like that they had tons of seating for adults and was bright open and clean. They have snacks for purchase a bit pricey but to be expected especially these days. I snagged a play card so he could do the motion bikes and play the claw games (winner every time huge plus)! My only con would be I wish there was an attendant for the cars. I was there to monitor and supervise my kid but the bikes are heavy so when I needed to walk to help if my kid was stuck or needed more points from the card I was nervous about moving them and possibly getting hit. Other than that it was awesome for kids. They have in and out privileges and stays open surprisingly late. Looking forward to bringing my kiddo back again! read more

Such a fun place for kiddos. Huge multi-level play structure with a soccer area and a little course to ride battery operated cars. They have multiple slides, places to climb, crawl and wiggle through. Love that there is an area for parents right in front where they can sit and relax. Love the cleanliness of the place where everyone is required to remove their shoes. They give you a little basket for it. Bathrooms needed to be maintained. Also, there isn't a food place so a mini food court would be cool. I like that they host parties here too. read more

I've been here before and my kids have always had a great time, so I brought three kids back expecting another fun day. Unfortunately, this visit completely changed my opinion. We brought outside food because we honestly didn't know it wasn't allowed. I completely understand having that rule, and if someone had just politely told us, we would've put it away right away. Instead, the shift lead(didn't get her name because she was pretty intimidating and I'm sure she would've gave me trouble if I asked)came over with a very rude attitude, waving her hands, telling us everything needed to be thrown away immediately, and saying we were going to get her in trouble because there were cameras everywhere. We put the food away, but she continued to come back and tell us we needed to "go outside the gate" with no context she didn't say you guys could eat outside the gate ect just plain "yall gotta go outside the gate " The way she spoke to us was embarrassing and unnecessary. She made little remarks, rolled her eyes, and her whole attitude felt personal, like she already had an issue with me. When I asked to speak with the manager, she pointed to herself and said she was the manager. When I asked for the actual manager, she called them but made comments beforehand saying I wasn't going to get a refund anyway. When she handed me the phone on speaker and I took it off speaker to put it to my ear, she rudely said, "It was on speaker for a reason." Thankfully, the actual manager was completely different. She was kind, professional, listened to my concerns, and understood that the situation could have been handled much better also let me put in a refund request. I also want to give credit to Fabio, who was very respectful and professional throughout the whole interaction. Unlike there shift lead. The playground itself is fun, but the way we were treated ruined the experience . It wasn't the food policy that upset me it was the lack of kindness and professionalism . A simple misunderstanding didn't need to turn into such an uncomfortable situation but maybe she was just having a bad day who knows . Sadly, we won't be returning. I would recommend enchanted. They have very good customer service and employees are trained well! read more

It's a nice place to take the kids to burn some energy especially with these hot temperatures! The price is just right and the facility is clean, not like Chuck E Cheese. My daughter and niece have a good time but have run into issues when trying to play soccer because there are big kids who bully the little ones and there is no supervision. As expected it's a bit of a mad house so if you want to keep your kids close so they don't get bullied then go with them and deal with the amount of kids that will be crashing into you, screaming at the top of their lungs or crying for their mom. There is no outside food but you can leave and return the same day and go to McDonald's close by if you choose. Adults too just remove their shoes so be sure to wear socks or bring some or you'll end up buying them there. They have lockers too. For me the issue was that the chairs are very uncomfortable and I couldn't sit anymore. All in all it's a good place to tire out your kids for a couple of hours but bring something to read or knit or something while you wait. read more

We stopped by last night after dinner as a family! Elincia had a blast building with giant blocks and climbing high! Mirarose busted a move with us on the dance floor after exploring the tot area and even got to meet Huggy the Dragon! Daddy surprised the girls with duckies and a stuffy from their claw machine! This indoor playground has no age or time limit, including re-entry same day! Parents are free and they host birthday parties! Came to Kids Empire on 2/20/26 with my beautiful wife, spunky elder daughter and adorable toddler daughter, located in Mills Center in Rancho Cordova, CA. This indoor playground was enormous! Has a separate area for babies and toddlers to play but the older kids and adults can climb their play structure and have fun with their kids. My eldest had an absolute blast. So did my toddler. My wife and I were pooped afterwards but was glad the kiddos had fun. We will be coming back. read more

$22/kid with 2 free adult entrance It was our first time here. My kids wore their own socks. I wore a sandal. At check in, they asked if this was our first time. Yes. The staff went about with the waiver and payment but no rules provided. There are signs posted on walls of no outside food and drinks. But on the floor, it's obvious customers brought their flasks. Rule #1, no shoes on the floor, even if you're sitting at the tables as an unpaid adult. Shoes can be worn to the bathroom though. Rule #2, bring yourself a pair of socks if going in with sandals- just in case you get told. There are signs posted saying "Socks Only Area". Rule #3, don't bring outside food. I've been to a few locations in SoCal and was so excited when we finally got one out here. The one thing I loved most about kids empire is the "no shoes" rule. Everyone must have socks on once they enter the play area. The staff here are so attentive, always cleaning and will make sure kids are being safe. I looked over and saw the manager Jaydin attending to a crying child who was just lying on the ground. The staff here really care about the kids, which I love. Most places wouldn't care. The floor is super spacious with lots of seating for parents. My kids spent 3 hours here, they left so satisfied, they asked when they can come back. We will definitely be back and will most likely purchase a punch card. read more

This place seems really cool, but their AC is broken. In Sacramento, in August. They are still charging full price, and everyone is too hot to stay long. Very expensive for one hour of play. Motorcycles rides are even an additional cost, not included in admission. read more

The place was cool, & the kiddos will have a good time but I'm sorry i find it absolutely outrageous that i spent $70 for 3 kids to play. One of them being a 1 year old who barely wants to get off of my lap?? They only have 11 month and under free IF you have a paying sibling. There pricing seems very greedy & honestly out of touch with a lot of people's reality. I can afford to take my children here, but seriously $70 for 3 kids to play?? Do you understand how many people will never ever be able to afford to bring there kids here. Normally places like this i see 2 and under free with a paying sibling which i get that! 2 year olds will get down and play and run around, but 11 months? Then you have to pay extra if you want your kids to ride around on the "motorcycle track" type thing.... My kids had fun of course, but i probably will never be back. Even T fun box there arcade games are free if you pay to get in.. The pricing just seems so predatory to me and crazy high! I paid less than this at every other indoor playground place I've been to in Sacramento sometimes with more kids. $70 for your kids to run around in an overly crowded play ground that most likely has not been cleaned properly since the day they opened, hm no thanks! A huge indoor playground for children. Massive area that goes pretty up high for children (and adults) to climb and explore. Parking is easy. For one child it was about $22 something and two adults got in for free. Shoes must be removed inside and everyone just walks around in socks on the floor and of course in the playground and play areas. There are cubbies to hold shoes and other items, and so many tables to sit at to rest. Bathrooms were very clean. There are big Lego blocks to play with, a ball put, motorized cars to ride, giant slides, and a little area for babies and toddlers only, which was nice. Staff roam around to watch the areas which I found were great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I recommend this as a great indoor playground in our area. Took my two year old here and had a great time. I even climbed into the play area also to supervise and worked up a bit of a sweat going through it. The playground didn't feel flimsy at all. It all felt pretty solid and I felt safe going through with my small child. read more

I was really excited to take my son here, but unfortunately, when we arrived, the AC was broken. It was extremely hot inside, and the more people that came in, the hotter it got. They only had two fans, which unfortunately wasn't enough to cool the place down. Absolutely amazing experience at Kid Empire! The owner was incredibly sweet and hands-on--he was literally playing with the kids and making sure everyone was having a great time. He took care of everyone and was so friendly, bubbly, and welcoming. I honestly haven't seen customer service like this in a long time. The place itself is huge, super fun, and thoughtfully set up. They have claw machines that don't stop until you actually win a prize (which the kids LOVED), plus a dedicated baby area, which is such a big plus. Everything felt fun, clean, and family-friendly. I truly wish this place had been open before I planned my son's birthday party--I would have absolutely had it here. Such an amazing spot, and I would 100% recommend it to anyone with kids. The entire place is brand new so all the equipments are still in excellent condition. The staff makes it a point to keep it clean. They close later than other indoor playgrounds so even if i have a 30-35min drive to get here after work, we dont feel rushed to leave so soon because of closing time. This place is such a gem! There is always staff sanitizing and making sure the floors, equipments and toys are clean. I got the punch card for my kids (10 admissions) for $159 is such a steal for ALL DAY in and out privileges. Compared to other indoor play gyms, kids empire open quite late so assuming if you're taking your kid out for an all day play is SO WORTH IT. Big shoutout to TYLER for making our first visit awesome and being so informative. He was also so attentive to offer an ice pack for my daughter since she slipped and hurt her arm. The slides were hugeeee, sort of intimidating but so much fun. Bring a water bottle, you'll need to hydrate running around. Overall, watch your step so you don't trip but other than that, def a worry free fun zone! read more

This place is huge!!! Reminds me of Discovery Club when I was a kid. It's located behind the Carls Jr. a big help was filling out the wavers online prior to make the check in process quicker. Before you can enter the table area all shoes must be off and placed in a bucket. They have lockers as well if you have a purse or keys or wallets. You can bring in your own water bottles and outside food as well. Socks are mandatory but they can be your own personal pair which is really nice. My husband and I took our two kids and the price was a total of $45.80. Well worth it in my opinion the play area is huge. Three slides, a soccer area, electric bikes, dance room, baby area, building block area and games. I was super impressed with this place and will be back for sure. read more
