Such a fun place for kiddos. Huge multi-level play structure with a soccer area and a little course to ride battery operated cars. They have multiple slides, places to climb, crawl and wiggle through. Love that there is an area for parents right in front where they can sit and relax. Love the cleanliness of the place where everyone is required to remove their shoes. They give you a little basket for it. Bathrooms needed to be maintained. Also, there isn't a food place so a mini food court would be cool. I like that they host parties here too.

I've been here before and my kids have always had a great time, so I brought three kids back expecting another fun day. Unfortunately, this visit completely changed my opinion. We brought outside food because we honestly didn't know it wasn't allowed. I completely understand having that rule, and if someone had just politely told us, we would've put it away right away. Instead, the shift lead(didn't get her name because she was pretty intimidating and I'm sure she would've gave me trouble if I asked)came over with a very rude attitude, waving her hands, telling us everything needed to be thrown away immediately, and saying we were going to get her in trouble because there were cameras everywhere. We put the food away, but she continued to come back and tell us we needed to "go outside the gate" with no context she didn't say you guys could eat outside the gate ect just plain "yall gotta go outside the gate " The way she spoke to us was embarrassing and unnecessary. She made little remarks, rolled her eyes, and her whole attitude felt personal, like she already had an issue with me. When I asked to speak with the manager, she pointed to herself and said she was the manager. When I asked for the actual manager, she called them but made comments beforehand saying I wasn't going to get a refund anyway. When she handed me the phone on speaker and I took it off speaker to put it to my ear, she rudely said, "It was on speaker for a reason." Thankfully, the actual manager was completely different. She was kind, professional, listened to my concerns, and understood that the situation could have been handled much better also let me put in a refund request. I also want to give credit to Fabio, who was very respectful and professional throughout the whole interaction. Unlike there shift lead. The playground itself is fun, but the way we were treated ruined the experience . It wasn't the food policy that upset me it was the lack of kindness and professionalism . A simple misunderstanding didn't need to turn into such an uncomfortable situation but maybe she was just having a bad day who knows . Sadly, we won't be returning. I would recommend enchanted. They have very good customer service and employees are trained well!

It's a nice place to take the kids to burn some energy especially with these hot temperatures! The price is just right and the facility is clean, not like Chuck E Cheese. My daughter and niece have a good time but have run into issues when trying to play soccer because there are big kids who bully the little ones and there is no supervision. As expected it's a bit of a mad house so if you want to keep your kids close so they don't get bullied then go with them and deal with the amount of kids that will be crashing into you, screaming at the top of their lungs or crying for their mom. There is no outside food but you can leave and return the same day and go to McDonald's close by if you choose. Adults too just remove their shoes so be sure to wear socks or bring some or you'll end up buying them there. They have lockers too. For me the issue was that the chairs are very uncomfortable and I couldn't sit anymore. All in all it's a good place to tire out your kids for a couple of hours but bring something to read or knit or something while you wait.

Came to Kids Empire on 2/20/26 with my beautiful wife, spunky elder daughter and adorable toddler daughter, located in Mills Center in Rancho Cordova, CA. This indoor playground was enormous! Has a separate area for babies and toddlers to play but the older kids and adults can climb their play structure and have fun with their kids. My eldest had an absolute blast. So did my toddler. My wife and I were pooped afterwards but was glad the kiddos had fun. We will be coming back.

I've been to a few locations in SoCal and was so excited when we finally got one out here. The one thing I loved most about kids empire is the "no shoes" rule. Everyone must have socks on once they enter the play area. The staff here are so attentive, always cleaning and will make sure kids are being safe. I looked over and saw the manager Jaydin attending to a crying child who was just lying on the ground. The staff here really care about the kids, which I love. Most places wouldn't care. The floor is super spacious with lots of seating for parents. My kids spent 3 hours here, they left so satisfied, they asked when they can come back. We will definitely be back and will most likely purchase a punch card.

The pricing was very reasonable and they provided exactly what was specified on their website and in verbal communication that I had with the owner beforehand. I want to specifically highlight how well the owner runs this business. He is on top of everything, super organized, very good at communication both ahead of time on the phone and also in person while on site. He runs a tight ship and seems to take pride in his business. Having organized many of these sort of parties over the years for our kids, I can say what a big difference it makes to work with a competent person who is committed to delivering on what was promised. If you are considering this venue for a party, I would highly encourage you to reach out by phone (the phone number listed on the website will connect you to the owner) and ask any questions that you have. You won't be disappointed!

Being told I was slow, being stalled to start last in a group of racers. Yes I flipped the "traffic police," but I fight back when I'm being stereotyped because they need to know SHAME! The manager was no help and kept saying they were just following rules, when I was clearly being singled out. Not even an apology. Don't take your girls here. This is where little girls sportswomen spirits get destroyed. FYI it's also my birthday today. I left the place in tears. But the manager seemed to think that was funny. He unconditionally supported his biased staff and made comments about me being slow without even knowing what happened, let alone offering to review what happened (I'm sure there are camera). I told the manager he didn't know how being stereotyped feels because he is a white male, and he proudly said "that is a stereotype." Boohoo, I guess that stereotype really hurts compared to what non-white-male people have to go through! What a great manager working in the customer service industry. He refuses any responsibility, offers no sympathy to people's experience of being discriminated and whines about his own being stereotyped experience to a minority woman. (I hope he feels proud of doing that for the rest of his life.) This is just the dose of discrimination boost I needed on my birthday. Anyways, this is the birthday experience you will have here. What can I say, women are told to "move over" for men even at K1 speed to go karting. Great job reinforcing that rotten value when women/girls just want to have fun! They deserve to wear my eternal flip like a scarlet letter on their forehead! SHAME ON YOU K1 SPEED!

LOCATION & ATMOSPHERE:  Across from the river access point on Mira Del Rio Drive. Spacious open setup with trees lining the boundary and an open field large enough to play fetch with any size dog. Visited by friendly dog owners and families mostly. FOOD & DRINK:  No food nearby. There are a couple of water fountains and the one near the basketball court has a doggy bowl attached to it. AMENITIES: -Large open field -Picnic tables -Tennis court with 2 nets -Basketball court with 2 goals -2 jungle gyms -Swing set with adult and toddler seats -Standalone book exchange -multiple trash cans -Sidewalks circling the interior of the park and leaving from one side to the other to separate entrances EXPERIENCE:  I love coming to this park. I walk my dog here daily and she has plenty of friends to play with and that huge open field. The neighbors are friendly and the families are fun. The kids are well behaved and there's so much to do and so much space at the park You can say hey passing by or avoid people all together just by choosing a direction to walk in. The park is well maintained by the recreational crew from the state. They come out in and pick up fallen debris from trees, and replace and replant trees. The trash cans are always emptied and there isn't a lot of trash around the park anyway. Randomly I'll see a plate or a can, but looks pretty pristine on the regular. The park is green year round and most of the trees maintain their leaves. The ones that do drop their leaves present the most beautiful fall colors. Making snow, I mean leaf angels is movie-like. The sidewalks that lead around the interior of the park wrapping the tennis court and leading from one side to the other are quite large. I'd say they were about three people wide if not for. You can walk with two people side by side and someone riding a bike past without any worry. Definitely an amenity of the neighborhood that is underrated and overlooked! Only true downfall is that this park doesn't have a bathroom. Could be five stars with that addition, but it's hard to stay here for a long period of time without the ability to relieve oneself.

I dont know if that woman had a learning disability or if she just didnt like my kid but calling me multiple times when Im at work to tell me "your daughters not listening and trying to run outside can you come pick her up?" No I cant, I work so you people can get paid, do these teachers not know how to redirect a 2 YEAR OLD and keep them from running out the door? Its pretty simple, ive been doing it for years and im not even trained with kids. After that incident they told me she couldnt come back for 3 days. The day we brought her back she bit someone and they immediately kicked her out. Every preschool and daycare ive talked to since then told me they were wrong for doing that and shouldve handled it differently. I only wanted to bring my child here because she was familiar with a teacher from another daycare that recently started working there. 2nd problem, my children stopped going there in october of 2022 and this daycare was sending attendance forms to child action for november and december. My children were not going there at that time. So they were trying to get extra money from the county for my children that no longer attended that daycare. Idk if this was a racial thing or what but whatever it was, was a mistake because ive lived in Rancho my whole life, I know alot of people out here and I will always tell anyone with kids not to waste their time with this place. My kids go to kindercare now and they love it. So much different and they dont do illegal stuff! Its great! Beware genius kids and the people who work there.
