The food is good to some good classic food items. They have lockers you can rent etc. I have to give them 3 stars some parts of the slides you wait at or walking to certain areas the ground is really hot and I know it's a hot day, but people are burning their feet to. I feel like they can go around and spray it down with water or something you can wear shoes, but they make you take off your shoes and hold them on the slides. The double dare has no shade the ground was so hot kids were holding onto the side rail to keep their feet from burning. We will still come here enjoy the water slides.

It was wonderful to see them so engaged, active, and having so much fun. One of the things I appreciated most was the enclosed Kids Zone. As a teacher, it gave me peace of mind knowing the children could play safely while still enjoying plenty of freedom to explore. There was also a nice covered area for parents and chaperones to relax, as well as a great space for eating and gathering as a group. This was our second year visiting, and it was just as fantastic as the first. The staff and facilities made our field trip easy and enjoyable from start to finish. There wasn't too many attendants so we had to wait for one staff member to control about 3 rides at a time. I can imagine that is tiring for some of the kids working there. The arcade itself was fun, but when my kids wanted snacks, everything we wanted was unavailable (slushie, dip and dots, and hot dog). Not to mention, the soda was flat! The staff helping us was so nice we didn't sweat it. Really... we didn't need to spend money anyways lol. We brought water. What got me was that the park was split into two areas divided by a small parking lot. If it's your first time, start with the area with the mini golf . That's where you purchase points or wristbands for the days activities. All in all kids had an outlet for their endless energy. A time was had.

We asked the front desk lady which she recommends and she said the unlimited ride pass, it comes with a car (8$ worth of tokens in arcade) we asked "is every ride open" she said yes absolutely! Great. We paid $36 per kid totaling around 75$ after taxes. We walked out to the rides (they have 8) and there was ONE attendant to the whole park. I finally noticed a man standing around wearing an employee shirt, so I walked over to him and said "is this ride not open" he looked pissed and said "yeah". He unlocked everything, doesn't say a word just pointed to the go carts to our kids. Our kids do the ride and we go to talk to the rest of the rides. Again NO WORKING EMPLOYEES TO BE FOUND. So I go back to the one working attendant and ask"hey is anyone working" he responded "there's only two of us, when I'm done here I can help you" meaning they have two attendants doing a ride at a time for everyone at the park and you are expected to stand and wait 20+ mins in hopes a employee comes up or unless you actually tell them every single time you want to go on a ride. We immediately head inside to speak to the manager and he was extremely rude and condescending. Said absolutely no refund. He would not send any other employees to work and cover the rides because he had four employees working, what later comes out is that two of those employees were at the batting cages not the actual rides. So if you want to pay top dollar to stand in a line waiting for employees to show up when they are finished with one ride, then this is your place. The one employee working the bumper boats was just absolutely miserable and being super rude to the kids, I'm talking like 6 or 7 years old yelling at them. He yelled at one for parking his boat in an open slot, apparently it wasn't the right spot to the worker, which fine if it needs to be moved but you don't have to yell at a kid to get him to move it over two spots. The package included food, snacks, and drinks, and they let us store our ice cream cake in the freezer. This obstacle course is SO MUCH FUN. Everyone was laughing and screaming. We felt like Dude Perfect! When we got tired, there were so many options to recharge: giant chess or cornhole, watching the wakeboarders, or just sunning on the turf beside our cabana. I noticed a lot of the negative reviews are about the water quality. This is not a pool, so the water is not clear; it has vegetation; and stocked fish control for mosquitoes. Since we already read about this online, we were neither surprised nor grossed out. It was a fun day outdoors! The office staff were super warm, hospitable, and accommodating. Even as we added to our food order last minute (because I saw how active the kids were being... they were ravenous!), they flexed with our request. The pizza was hot; the fruit was refreshing. We felt so well cared for! Safety-wise, I'm glad we brought older kids, mostly very strong swimmers, and vigilant parents. The course is large, and there are spots that are invisible from the lifeguards' posts. We had to initiate with the lifeguards a few times because they weren't giving us any information/direction. (eg: Can we start? Where do we start? Any rules we need to know? Are you still on break, or can we go in again?) They did not seem to have a system for the lifejackets. They were sleepy and eager to clock out. This is the first open weekend of the season; I trust they will establish consistent group protocols as the summer goes on. I really don't think it is a safe level of algae for children since they are definitely going to get the water in their mouths. If they cleaned up the algae it would be a fun place but as it stands I don't feel the amount of algae in the water is safe for kids, The restaurant also only had one employee, who was the bartender, waitress, cashier and everything else, so as you can imagine it was very slow.

I also would recommend wear some type of hoody or jeans that you can change out of immediatley following because little shards of glass will be left all over. Next time I would choose a more expensive package. The one thing I will say is that after 10 minutes the guy came in and said "Just checking in" and we had already broken everything a few times over. 10 minutes is a LONG time for the cheap package. So we told him we were done and he said "no problem." It wasnt until the drive home when I realized that he was checking in at 10 minutes to see if we wanted to buy additional things to break...but he didnt say anything about that...if he was a salesperson and said "Hey guys checking in, what can i get you guys maybe a windshield, maybe a TV for $20? let me add some stuff for a discount since you two are rocking it!" I probably would have bought a lot of stuff. But this employee didnt try to sell me anything so we just left. The playground area is usually closed on less busy days (no staff) but my kiddo finally went and she loved it, went again & again. The train is closed often too which stinks bc she loves trains. Parking is free bc it's in William Land park. Might have to walk a bit but better than Gilroy where you have to pay $25 AND walk a lot to get to your car. Face painting available for $15. Food available but we haven't ever bought. Overall good for littles. Tickets are affordable ($18 adults, $10 seniors, $25 kid, under 34" free, $90 season pass). A bit hot on the hot days bc we're in sac but more shade & breeze than expected. Lots of sitting areas. Small and has limited rides but my kiddo still enjoys spending about 2hrs each time.
