We had 35 minutes of play in the space world and then moved over to 35 more minutes at the candy land. Then we moved on to the private party room for 50 minutes. The host would use a siren when it was time to move to the next room and to guide us over.  I'm thoroughly impressed with the way Wacky Tacky handles birthday parties. They clearly know what they're doing. The host took care of everything which took the stress away from me. She set up the room, put my favors and cupcakes out. She served pizza, cupcakes, and used gloves to serve! She even sanitized all the kids' hands before eating. I love how they take cleanliness and good hygiene very seriously. Plates, forks, napkins, cups, utensils, tablecloth, hand sanitizer, were all provided.  Food orders do have to be made in advance, but I was able to add juice boxes and soda while I was there. Pizza came delivered close to the time it was time to move into the party room and was kept in the heated bag, so the pizza was actually still hot when it was time to be served.  Wacky Tacky was highly recommended to me for birthday parties, and I can see why. Definitely recommend to host a birthday party here! It's very organized. They even played a personalized happy birthday song to my son which I thought added such a nice thoughtful touch.  My son loves going here for open play as well. It's a great place for him to run and climb that isn't weather dependent since it's indoors.

We paid $500 for an all-inclusive birthday package, but from start to finish, the staff made it clear that they couldn't have cared less. The entire event was chaotic, uncoordinated, and stressful. There was no assigned party host, only a disengaged food server in the party room who offered little to no communication. I constantly had to track down staff to ask what was happening next and where we should be. When I arrived to set up, I was told I'd have 10-15 minutes to prepare the room. Instead, I had to repeatedly check in to see when it would be ready and was finally given just a few minutes to set everything up. During the party, the staff member assigned to our room showed no initiative or enthusiasm. He didn't communicate the schedule, didn't announce when food or activities were starting, and clearly had no idea who the birthday child was. He simply stood in the corner, quietly handing out pizza with no effort to coordinate or engage with the group. After pizza and cupcakes, we still had about 35 minutes left in our scheduled time. I was then told that too many guests had been allowed into Wacky Tacky, so the kids couldn't play afterward as promised. The children were disappointed and confused. I asked to speak with a manager, but no one ever came. I've since called multiple times to follow up, and not once has a manager called and spoken to me. Several of my guests mentioned they had attended other parties here before and had much better experiences, which only made this event more frustrating. Save your money and go elsewhere, Enchanted or literally any other venue would be a better choice. This was a disorganized, poorly managed experience, and we will not be returning

The pizza came out in large slices that could feed two kids each, but there were not enough slices for the number of children at the table. If the host had mentioned the party cut option, it would have made feeding everyone much easier. Overall the kids still had fun because there is a lot to do here, but better communication and better cleanliness would improve the experience

As nervous parents, we were quickly put at ease with these wonderful teachers. We opted against public TK and would make the same decision a thousand times over. The small class size, shaded outdoor access, and balance of structured and free play time made the decision easy. Our daughter thrived in Petra's care, learning important social emotional skills and appropriate preparation for kindergarten. Our only regret is not enrolling sooner!

After visiting 10 others in the area we knew we found the right one the moment we met both Ms. Petra and Mrs. Kathleen. He attended this school for two years and is now a thriving Kindergartner that is more than academically prepared. All of the teachers in the elementary schools recognize the students that have come here. Every kid wakes up each day begging to go to school. The environment is nurturing and kind with a small student to teacher ratio that truly gives one-on-one attention. The setting is relaxing yet provides just the right amount of structure to learn. The kids are encouraged to explore, discover, create, and approach the future with confidence. We are forever grateful for the experience our son and the entire family had here. My experience is strictly based upon their birthday parties…read more This past weekend I had a birthday party for my young boys. We had kids ranging from 4 to 7. They all had a blast. We had the last slot of the day so we were able to add an additional 30 minutes of floor time for an additional fee. We felt it was well worth it. First 45 minutes was open play on one side of the gym. They had a little obstacle course set up that most of them took a turn on. The second 45 minutes, they inflated this giant blowup obstacle course with a slide at the end. It was a huge hit. The two coaches were on the floor supervising the kids the whole time. When that was over, they served the food we brought (pizza and cupcakes) and provided the plates/napkins, etc. Which I thought was really nice. It was a very enjoyable experience and I can't say enough good things about it.

He is an extraordinary worker and deserves the best. After are great start, we were having a blast on the splish and splash of the water slides. When these unsupervised kids ruined our fun. They cut in front of everyone in line for stealth so I confronted them. This lead to them following me and my friend around the entire water park. When me and my friend went on double dare trying to get them away from us they followed us up and were repeatedly yelling at us. They then told the life guard that we cut them and pushed them down the stairs. The life guard, Declan T, did nothing about them yelling and even let them cut in front of us even Though we so clearly made it up first. This is when our day started getting worse these kids followed us back to our spots invading our personal space and yelling at us. Even with many life guards around no one stopped them. Me and my friend eventually got so fed up with there act we went and told a supervisor after telling him the situation he did absolutely nothing.
