They take the time to truly connect with each child-- learning their personalities and making them feel seen and supported. The tour itself was 2 hours, the tour guides on my date August 31, 2025: last tour of the day 2pm, were informative, interactive, and made me feel like I was in Christmas heaven. The tour in my opinion is geared toward for kids 6 and up, and everyone else after that. All of our tour guides, hilighted there areas well. If you ever find you have to reschedule your tour, the staff are more then eager to help with that. Check in through the black doors, at gift shop ; be sure to browse and take home a piece of christmas or other souvenir. Everything about the tour epic, loved it all from Santa squeeze, to Grand Ball room to room with all the toys, restoration room, the slide from Christmas Story, Lord & Taylor clock at the start of the tour, all the Christmas windows. Even the seats had presents on them. We then had to continue the party with everyone standing. This place seems like they are seriously OVERBOOKED, and are basically shuffling people through the store as quickly as possible. They clearly care more about taking people's money than they do letting them have a good time, so that they'll return in the future. That's a very poor business model, IMO. I remember texting my friend Vlad because I was so excited to use the sauna at the Strongsville Rec. Center. He said that I probably would find Russian men in the sauna which I did, 2 of them (apparently Russians love saunas which is cool...haha). I am writing this review a year later, in Feb. 2025. A day pass cost me about $10, if I can remember correctly. I like that this option exists because I don't have to join as a member to use the gym and sauna. GYM/POOL/SAUNA -- At the upstairs gym, I used the stair master and walking track. I also noticed that they have a weights room downstairs but I didn't use it because I didn't have a lot of time. I then used the sauna and steam room downstairs. I stayed in the sauna for about 10 mins and I stayed in the steam room for about 5 mins. The sauna is very small but manageable. There were 3 men in there when I entered. I appreciate that there is a camera inside incase of any emergencies. The steam room is a bit bigger which felt nice. It feels good to be spaced out between people. TIPS -- I recommend bringing a towel to sit on while you're in the Sauna and Steam room. Bring a water bottle too. Also, bring a padlock and key to lock your bag and clothes in the changing room (locker room). I didn't bring a lock because I didn't realize that I would need one so I carried my wallet with me while I used the gym and sauna. Now that it is winter as I'm writing this review, I want to return to the sauna and steam room. The whole gym and pool/sauna area gets very crowded so I recommend that you arrive early. So, I did what any good Dad would do, I left and went next door to the Winking Lizard (check my review out over there), had some fantastic beers, good food, and went back to the "75" to get yelled at by my wife. Was it worth it...100000%. Do I feel bad watching my 10 year old eat the food from the "75," yes, I felt bad. Real bad. He deserved better. It looked absolutely disgusting. I should have thrown it out. They enjoyed the games. But, the prices for beers and low quality food is epically bad. We left quickly around 5pm as it looked like the late night crowd could sell my kids meth. Trying to avoid that; I just paid for braces for my oldest.

The negative is, I would never suggest leaving your kids alone there. The supervision is lacking to nonexistent. I couldn't tell if it was just the cashier there alone, or if someone was helping her. She spent the entire time talking to another woman. Not one person was even watching the kids. No one ever walked around. The cashier's small son was there. And he was an uncontrolled kid. Running around, very wild. So while it is a fun place. I would say to never leave your kids there alone.
