The pizza are way over priced and is like frozen cardboard pizza, the wings are horrible-fake chicken. Why do they charge so much to get in and then Charge for the kids to get into the area with trampoline and ball pit, so very unfair. Do better to the ppl that support you without the kids your nothing. Place to ourselves! I have been hesitant about taking my kids here since I think it is overpriced and loaded with germs. Grandma really wanted for the kids to experience the fun. We went on a Monday and had the place practically to ourselves. Great for the kids since they got free reign and could play whatever game they want. The timed cards are great too since the kids can play so many games at once. The food is not that great. Worse than a frozen pizza that you cook at home. Fries are cold. And $10 a person for the salad bar even if you get a combo. I will say that the place did seem pretty clean. I still felt like it was way overpriced. The prizes them self are so cheap and mostly candy! But the kids did have a great time. read more

WORST CHUCK E CHEESE EVER. First they gave me the wrong pizza I wanted the veggie pizza but instead they gave me just cheese and when I went to tell them they said we don't care and when I went to play games 5 of them were out of order and guess what chuck e came out but he went back in he was only out for 2 seconds I ordered there saucy meatballs and it tasted horrible so I went to tell them they said worker can I get a refund she said SHUT UP so loud.And I had to use the bathroom and I couldn't even walk in it was so messy PLEASE CLOSE DOWN. read more

Came today for Unlimited game play package. $15 gets a card w/ unlimited play so our daughter had a blast. She had her eye on a Fiesty Pet stuffed animal, which apparently was a decent prize since a lot of their toys are kinda lame. It took a couple hours but we won 6000 tickets for this dog, Sammy Sucker-punch. She loves that thing. Lucky place wasn't too busy plus they have lotsa games. Most everything worked good and the service tech was readily available when machines ran out of tickets. Place was pretty clean also. Workers were friendly too, it's just too bad the other kids aren't. read more

/begin rant I can't believe I'm writing a review of Chuck E Cheese's. What has my world come to? /end rant This place is cool, if you're a kid! We had my daughter's birthday here this weekend and well, she had a ton of fun. The birthday party package includes cutting of the cake (that you provide), a happy birthday sing-a-long, free tokens for all the kids in the party, pizza, and salad bar (optional). I played games with my daughter most of the time and then we realized the pizza had already been served. So we scrambled back to our table. The pizza was just okay. It had fresh ingredients and it was definitely better than trashy Pizza Hut. The atmosphere was loud and obnoxious, but what do you expect, it's a kids place and there are kids everywhere. After we finished eating and singing Happy Birthday, our host cleaned everything up and even packaged the leftover pizza and cake for us. The service was good and the food was okay. Overall, it was okay. You've gotta do Chuck E Cheese at least once for each of your kids. Did you know they serve beer? read more

We've been to the Chuck E. Cheese here in North Olmsted, Strongsville and Parma, as far as the Northeast Ohio area goes. This is the one we've frequented the most primarily because of proximity to where we live. In years past I would have given this place about a 3 star rating. Here in the last few months, starting near the beginning of 2019, they've expanded the place and added about 25% more space, with new games and area; such as a smaller kids game area and a larger party room that has a dance floor. They've also removed a lot of old games, attractions and sections, that were old, run down or just completely out-dated (e.g. the old skywalk play gym is gone). All things considered this place is a solid 4 star. It's definitely worth it for anyone who has brought their kids here in the past to give it another few tries (even if your family was previously just all played out and bored with it). Have the new space, new games and refreshed layout makes it seem like an entirely new place. read more

I took my family and my niece and nephew on a Saturday! We went kind of late after 8pm they where a little busy but not like they used to be on a Saturday night before Covid! There back to the hand stamp witch is a small relief virus trying to get very antsy little kids to stand still for a selfie before getting in to play during COVID! Anyway the guy employee who was dressed up a little for Halloween was very pleasant and quick getting are large group hand stamped and through to have some fun before closing time. Any we got big table by the ticket blaster and I head to the front counter to purchase game bands since there all done with tokens had no problem with using coupons for 2 60 minutes of play time witch I had to purchase double anyway I told the woman employee that I would be back up to the front counter in a little bit for our food order might you this was a little after 8 pm and they close at 10 on Saturday night! So I didn't think anything of it has my family and me were of having fun and playing what games we could because this is where the problems started. Some of there games was were broken was a little disappointed but we quickly found another game that was working. So a little after 9 pm I decided I better go order some food because everyone was getting hungry and This is the BIGGEST Reason I only gave 2stars was I got back up to the front counter started ordering our food the girl at the counter started ringing in my order and was about to put in my coupon code ! That's when another female employee possibly the manager goes to the other employee ringing me up you can't order any more food we closed the kitchen at 9 pm and I said ok mind you what I should of did was asked for a manager and said why can't you post a sign or make a announcement or even could of had there employee tell people the first time I was at the counter little after 8 pm ! I'm not sure if this is normal Chuck E Cheese practice since Covid but it did upset me and my kids having to leave with empathy tummies! I was glad to take my grandchildren Allison and Carter to play some games. After we asked for pepperoni pizza, WE GOT SAUSAGE! I love bringing my son here. He is autistic and home schooled so we go during the afternoon when there's nobody really there. The staff is awesome with him. They are always making sure we are having a good time and have everything we need. read more

This place is awesome for kids! And fun for parents too. I admit I can last about 2-3 hours and then I need my nice quiet place. We stopped yesterday and had their all-you-can-eat pizza buffet- great deal. While the kids played games, I had a beer and played Pokemon for a couple hours. ( It's a poke stop! ) read more

I wouldnt recommend going at this time with the virus still going strong. I usually have a good experience at Chuck E. Cheese but they were unable to keep up with the buffet and people literally waited at the buffet for 20 minutes for 1 medium to come out. It was gone within seconds and people had to wait 20 more minutes. I felt bad for the workers who seemed to be doing the best they could but whatever went wrong, made it a horrible experience. read more

Of the 4 C.C in the Cleveland area this is the best one. I know Chuckies are obnoxious, chaotic and germy. Get off your uppity high horse and hear me out. Sometimes its raining, the park closest to your house is being raided due to guys meeting off Grinder there or it's typical Cleveland with 2ft of snow on the ground. The employees are nice but slow as hell. Takes forever to get tokens and cash in your tickets for cheap junk at the counter. They sell beer. Christmas Ale and Oktoberfest on my last trip. If that doesn't take the edge off I don't know what does. They always have great coupons emailed to me and birthday ticket vouchers too.
